Finished in Laguna Seca Blue, this 2003 BMW M3 Coupe features a 3.2-liter S54 inline-six engine that has been modified with a HorsepowerFreaks Stage 4 turbocharger kit, a Stage 4 ported cylinder head, CP-Carillo pistons and rods, VAC Motorsports coated rod bearings, Supertech Performance valve springs, a ProEFI Pro128 ECU, 4” Lab22 stainless steel exhaust system, and more. The car’s 6-speed manual transmission has been paired with an OS Giken differential and twin-plate clutch. A Brembo big brake kit has been installed, and the suspension is upgraded with Moton Clubsport coilovers, VAC Motorsports bushings, aftermarket sway bars, and a HorsepowerFreaks reinforced rear subframe. The car also features HorsepowerFreaks carbon fiber headlights, a Status Gruppe carbon fiber front lip and carbon fiber rear diffuser, a carbon fiber CSL-style trunk lid, 18” BBS RI-A wheels, Recaro Pole Position bucket seats, Takata racing harnesses, a custom roll cage, UUC Motorwerks short-throw shift kit, a custom air-fuel ratio and boost gauge mirror, a Pioneer head unit, and a custom Alcantara steering wheel. Purchased by the seller in 2021, this modified E46 M3 is now being offered for auction out of Arizona with approximately 76k miles on the odometer.

This E46 is finished in distinctive Laguna Seca Blue paint and features M3-specific bodywork including unique bumper covers, side skirts, mirrors, front fender grilles, a rear valence, and a power dome hood. It has been modified with HorsepowerFreaks carbon fiber headlights, aftermarket LED taillights, a Status Gruppe carbon fiber front lip and rear diffuser, a carbon fiber CSL-style trunk lid, iND Distribution gloss black kidney and fender grilles. The car also features front fog lights, an electric sunroof, rear parking sensors, tinted windows, dual 3.5” exhaust tips, custom paint-matched Brembo brake calipers, and gloss black 18” BBS RI-A wheels mounted on Apex wheel studs. The CARFAX report shows minor damage to the left side in July 2024 and the seller states the driver’s side door and rear quarter panel were refinished as a result. Some stone chips and scratches are noted on the front end as well as a ding on the passenger door, a blemish on the trunk lid, and some fading on the passenger-side mirror housing and roof. The rear tires are also said to rub occasionally. Detailed images are provided in the gallery.

The black leather interior has been fitted with a custom roll cage, Recaro Pole Position front bucket seats, VAC Motorsports seat brackets, and Takata racing harnesses. It also features a Coby Wheel Alcantara-trimmed steering wheel, UUC Motorwerks short-throw shift kit, a ZHP shift knob, a Pioneer head unit, and a custom air-fuel ratio and boost gauge mirror. Factory equipment includes brushed aluminum trim pieces, M3-branded door sills, an M-specific instrument cluster, an M sport footrest, automatic climate control, cruise control, and a Harman/Kardon sound system. The seller notes some signs of wear on the seats and interior touchpoints. The DSC and brake warning lights are present due to the standalone ECU conversion and the keyless entry, hazard lights, and central locking system are also inoperable.

The 3.2-liter S54 inline-six engine has been fitted with a HorsepowerFreaks Stage 4 turbocharger kit including a Precision Turbo PT6766 turbocharger, CP-Carillo 9.5:1 compression ratio pistons, CP-Carillo connecting rods, VAC Motorsports coated connecting rod bearings, ARP connecting rod bolts, a Stage 4 ported cylinder head, ARP 2000 cylinder head studs, Supertech Performance valve springs and retainers, a Beisan Systems VANOS solenoid, and ProEFI Pro128 ECU. Stopping power has been upgraded with a front and rear Brembo big brake kit. The suspension features Moton Clubsport coilovers, aftermarket sway bars and end links, and a HorsepowerFreaks reinforced rear subframe. The underbody is also protected by a HorsepowerFreaks skid plate. The seller notes the engine oil was recently changed.

This sale will include a clean title.
