Now available for auction is this 2002 Porsche 996 Carrera Coupe finished in Lapis Blue Metallic over a Graphite Grey partial leather interior. This 1-owner 2002 example has been diligently looked after over the years and kept up to date on all due maintenance while backed by a complete collection of service records from new. Stated to be in phenomenal overall condition with just over 43k miles showing on the odometer, this exceptional 6-speed Carrera Coupe is now being offered by its original owner out of Arizona.
The Lapis Blue Metallic paint is reported to be in excellent shape, although the seller has indicated a small scratch near the right rear fender well (detailed images are provided in the photo gallery). Factory optional 18” light alloy Carrera wheels are retained and dressed in Bridgestone tires from 2013.
Complimenting the exterior finish is a clean Graphite Grey partial leather interior featuring the Comfort and Advanced Technic Packages. All gauges and accessories are reported to be fully operational, however, the driver’s door window motor runs weak and is recommended for replacement soon.
A naturally aspirated 3.6 L flat-six engine sends 320 HP to the rear wheels through a desirable 6-speed manual transmission. 0-60 is achieved in as little as 5 seconds while reaching a top speed north of 175 MPH. This 996 remains mechanically stock and the seller indicate all routine maintenance has been performed at an authorized Porsche dealership. An extensive collection of service records dating back to the original purchase is included with the sale.
This sale will also include one master key, original books and tools, service records, a clean Carfax report and a clear title. This beautifully presented Carrera is an ideal 996 for any Porsche enthusiast, do not miss out on this fantastic value.

No, the IMS bearing has never been replaced. No troubles.
I assume the OE smog system is intact and fully operational.
If it came from as a factory item, we have it and have had no trouble with it.
I can do some research on it, if needed.
Was IMS bearing replaced and if so, is there record of it? Is the OE smog system intact and fully operational?
