Featuring a twin-turbocharged 3.6-liter Mezger flat-six engine paired with a 6-speed manual transmission, this 2002 Porsche 996 Turbo Coupe is finished in Arctic Silver Metallic over Graphite Grey full leather upholstery. It was also configured from the factory with supple leather upholstery, the Heated Front Seats Package, the Aluminum/Chrome Package, and more. Showing approximately 11k mikes on the odometer, this one-owner Turbo is now being offered for auction by the selling dealer out of Ohio.
The wide bodywork is finished in Arctic Silver Metallic and includes Turbo-specific bumpers, side air intakes, flared rockers, and a speed-activated rear spoiler. Factory equipment also includes integrated front fog lights, an electric sunroof, red brake calipers with white Porsche lettering, and 18” 911 Turbo wheels. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
Inside, the driver is welcomed by Graphite Grey full leather upholstery with optional front and rear supple leather. The exclusive Aluminum/Chrome Package adds stainless-steel door sills, aluminum-look instrument dials, and aluminum trim for the shifter and brake handle. Additional options include the Heated Front Seats Package, left-seat lumbar support, a remote 6-disc CD changer, and black floor mats with Porsche lettering.
Derived from the Le Mans-winning GT1 race car, the twin-turbocharged 3.6-liter Mezger flat-six engine delivers up to 415 HP and 415 lb.-ft of torque to all four wheels through a 6-speed manual transmission. The seller states all maintenance items are up-to-date, and the CARFAX report shows 7 service history entries.
This sale will include a clean title.
The seller would like you to know: “Thank you for taking the time to view the auction. I will try and answer all question as quickly as possible. This 2002 Porsche Turbo is the first car to come out of a well-known Athletes car collection. Car has spent its whole time in the mid-west. Having said that the car has never seen bad weather because of the owner spending winters down south.”

It’s true, not an up to date oil filter change.
Bid in the amount of $70,000
Yes, I saw the service entries *after* 2015. Thanks.

Please look at the Carfax again , car was serviced in 10/26/17 and again in 2019.
Description of service depend on who o is imputing.
Thanks for the question
Doug
Just to confirm, the Carfax is accurate with it showing the car wasn't serviced at all from 2008 to 2015? Not even oil changes?
Thanks!

Car comes with both keys, books, owners manual , jack pump esc.. I'm now sure about the true window sticker
Does the car come with 2 keys, tool kit, owners manual, jack, pump, etc...
Morning with less than 6 hours left on the auction, Id like to thank those that have shown an interest in the car.
Should there be any last minuet questions. If the car don't get to reservice, I'll try and work with Pcar to relist with video's , paint reading as well as service records.
This car is as nice as it gets with only 11k on it.
Having said all of that happy bidding and good luck
dlampe,
Thank you for your intertest . to answer your question there are records with the car.
As I said earlier the owner of this car had to leaver town the day the auction started.
I was not able to get them before he left , but the car has always been serviced by the local dealer.
Again thank you for your interest and happy bidding
Beautiful example. These things are future classics. I’m sure we’ll see their values continue to climb as fewer and fewer nice examples remain.
Do you have any service records you could share?
Sorry for missing that
My dyslexia is kicking in.
Also as for the DME reading the owner of the as I stated earlier is in his early 80’s .
I highy doubt the car has ever seen 100 mph little lone get over raved .
@Vondutchbus I think @vengerider was talking about the X50 package, not the transmission.

I don’t understand why all the cars do not have the G50 gear box . Thank for your input
I've got the nearly identical car but X50. Most undervalued/underrated car on the market today. GLWA
Bid in the amount of $69,000
Bid in the amount of $35,000
As I stated earlier Pcarmarked moved so fast at listing the car . The owner had to leave town the day this auction went like.
With a little luck I may be able to get both before the end. With 30 some years of dealing in high line auto , I can assure you that you’re not going to fine a nicer one . The owner is up in age and has decided to move a few cars. If it don’t get to his price he’ll give to one of the grand children.
Thanks again for the interest and I’m sorry for any inconvenience
Bid in the amount of $29,000
I second Miked2020's request for an overrev/DME report. Paint readings and a driving video would inspire more confidence for higher bids, too.
Bid in the amount of $24,000
Bid in the amount of $12,000

Thank you for your interest in the porsche.
Everything works as it should , I had planed to post a video of everything working but was quite off guard by the speed in which PCar posted the Turbo. Having said all of that the best i do is post a wank around .
The owner is out of town and I won’t be able to post videos as well as paint meter reading
Does everything work as it should? Does the rear wing go all the way up and all the way down both manually and automatically when it reaches high speeds?
Even though the miles are extremely low, a DME report would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
Jmorin
Thank you for your interest but there is no paint protection of any sort o other than a good coat of wax
Any ppf on the car?
