This 2002 Porsche 996 Cabriolet comes finished in Black over Graphite Grey leather upholstery and pairs a 6-speed manual transmission with its naturally aspirated flat-six engine. This 996 comes finished in Black with a matching convertible soft top and features optional GT3-style flared rocker panels, 18” light-alloy Carrera wheels with colored Porsche center crests, and the Advanced Technic Package which adds Bi-Xenon headlights with washers. It rides on Continental ControlContact Sport SRS tires. The seller notes some fading and paint imperfections on the hood & front bumper, and a new windshield has been fitted. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a CARFAX report showing damage to the rear end in August 2003.
The cabin is appointed with Graphite Grey leather upholstery including supple leather seats, black floor mats with Porsche lettering, and an aluminum/leather shifter & brake handle. The optional Heated Front Seats Package is also equipped as well as the Advanced Technic Package which adds a wind deflector, a 6-disc CD changer, and the Bose sound system. The seller reports slight sun fading on the passenger seat and a small tear on the driver’s seat. All gauges and accessories are reported to be working properly.
A naturally aspirated 3.6-liter flat-six engine provides up to 320 HP and 273 lb.-ft of torque to the rear wheels through a 6-speed manual transmission. The seller states an upgraded IMS bearing, clutch, and flywheel were fitted by a previous owner, and 20k-mile interval services were carried out by an authorized Porsche dealer during their ownership. The CARFAX report shows a total of 18 service history entries dating back to September 2003.
