The Ferrari 575M or “Modificata” was launched as the evolution of the 550 Maranello in 2002 featuring updated styling, larger brakes, adaptive suspension, and a more powerful 5.7-liter V12 engine. One of 2,056 examples produced in total, this 2002 Ferrari 575M Maranello is finished in Giallo Modena over a Nero leather interior with yellow stitching, upgraded carbon fiber racing seats, and a 6-speed F1 automated manual gearbox sending power to the rear wheels. It was sold new in Canada and recently imported to the U.S. with just over 11k kilometers (7k miles) on the odometer. Having undergone recent service at an authorized Ferrari dealer, this 575M Maranello is now being offered for auction out of California.
Compared to its predecessor the 550 Maranello, the Ferrari 575M features similar Pininfarina-designed bodywork with a more aggressive front grille and revised headlights. This example is finished in Giallo Modena with optional Scuderia fender shields and silver 18” five-spoke alloy wheels. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The cabin is appointed with Nero leather upholstery complemented by yellow stitching and features upgraded factory carbon fiber racing seats with harness pass-throughs and debossed headrests. Accessories include a three-spoke leather steering wheel with deviated stitching, aluminum paddle shifters, a leather fire extinguisher mount, power windows, a leather rear parcel shelf with luggage straps, drilled aluminum pedals, a climate control system, and a sound system.
Producing up to 508 HP and 434 lb.-ft of torque, the naturally aspirated 5.7-liter F133E V12 engine features a light alloy engine block and heads, twin overhead camshafts, four valves per cylinder, dry sump lubrication, and Bosch Motronic engine management. The rear wheels are driven through a 6-speed F1 automated manual gearbox and a limited-slip differential. The 575M’s chassis incorporates larger brakes than its predecessor as well as an adaptive Skyhook suspension system. The seller indicates service was completed at Ferrari Maserati of Ontario within the last 100 miles.
This sale will include owner’s manuals, a toolkit, and a clean title.

Would also like to know the seat size.
Henry, this is weird to me that it has the race seat (beautiful matching stitching) but was optioned I guess without the interior extra carbon pieces?
