Finished in Rosso Corsa over a Beige Connolly leather interior, this 2002 Ferrari 360 Modena is equipped with a gated 6-speed manual transmission paired with its mid-mounted V8. It was purchased by the current owner in 2022 and features several tasteful modifications including 19" Challenge Stradale wheels, custom-painted brakes, carbon fiber mirror caps, carbon fiber air intakes and engine covers, Fabspeed headers, Tubi catalytic converters, a custom valved titanium exhaust, an ECU tune, lowered suspension, and custom Daytona-style seats in leather and Alcantara. Showing approximately 50k kilometers or 31k miles on the odometer, this 360 Modena is now being offered for auction out of Canada.
The Pininfarina-designed bodywork is finished in traditional Rosso Corsa and features side air intakes, xenon headlamps, a rear diffuser, an integrated rear spoiler, and a transparent vented engine cover. This 360 is equipped with a Challenge-style rear grille, carbon fiber Challenge-style mirrors, carbon fiber engine covers, and aftermarket titanium exhaust tips. Custom yellow-painted brake calipers are mounted behind authentic 19” Challenge Stradale wheels fastened with titanium hardware. New Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires were installed in 2022 with approximately 2k miles driven since. The seller notes clear paint protection film is applied over the full front end and the exterior remains in excellent condition apart from a scratch beneath the PPF on the hood and minor road rash below the front bumper. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The Beige Connolly leather interior has been fitted with new OEM floor mats and custom Daytona-style sport seats trimmed in black Italian leather and Alcantara upholstery. Accessories include a three-spoke leather steering wheel, a gated shifter, drilled aluminum pedals, power windows and mirrors, automatic climate control, and a CD stereo.
Factory-rated at 396 HP and 276 lb.-ft of torque, the mid-mounted 3.6-liter DOHC V8 engine drives the rear wheels through a 6-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. The ECU has been remapped by PFAFF Tuning in collaboration with 360Trev out of the U.K. The engine also features ceramic-coated and heat-wrapped Fabspeed headers, ceramic-coated Tubi 200-cell catalytic converters, a custom valved titanium exhaust system, new F430 mass airflow sensors, new coil packs, and carbon fiber Challenge Stradale intakes with new filters, The suspension has been lowered approximately 1.5” on stock coilover springs and a new Anti-Gravity battery has been fitted with an electronic cutoff switch. The seller adds that the fuel injectors have been cleaned and a new fuel pump was recently installed. Service records are available dating back to 2007.
This sale will include a clean title and a collection of original parts that were removed from the car.
The seller would like you to know: “This is the pinnacle of the Ferrari 360, built and lightened to that of almost a Challenge Stradale but in a manual 6-speed. There is over $30,000 US spent to improve the looks, sound and speed of this car and I can guarantee you that no other 360 will provide the thrills and experience this one will.”

Good morning everyone
With just over 10 hours to go, I would like to thank those that have all made bids thus far, and the great feedback on this car. It is clear that this is NOT your stock 360, this was an extremely clean and well maintained car and everything that could possibly be done to make it better has been done, and done tastefully.
If it's an original 360 you are looking for than this one is not for you, if you want to stand out from the crowd and have one of the greatest driving experiences possible .... then this IS for you. jfied23 … BIG thank you, thats what a hand made $16,000 exhaust system sound like, and trust me what you guys are hearing is nothing compared to what it sounds like in person … possibly one of the best sounding Ferrari’s out there. Whomever is lucky enough to get this car better be prepared for people chasing you down to grab videos … happens ALL the time
I have watched that flyby video at least a dozen times! The sound of that downshift is what dreams are made of. Someone's going to be VERY happy driving this thing around.
Good morning all ... snoman, pics loaded of the hood scratch, 1st pic in the right light and the 2nd under normal light conditions is almost unnoticeable. Also loaded pics of the underside so you can see just how clean the car is.
As for the clutch measurements, my apologies I do not have those, I can tell you that the clutch from a user perspective is operating at 100%.

Thanks for the quick response...two more questions, do you have the clutch readings. Also, could you upload pics from the hood scratch and the underside of the front bumper?
Bid in the amount of $67,124
Bid in the amount of $63,000
Snoman … changing the cluster can be done quite easily , it’s getting someone (likely Ferrari dealer) to set the MIles on a new cluster to represent the current mileage
There is nothing like driving a gated Ferrari, and the 360 is amongst the FINEST Ferrari's ever designed....so this is a car that will give you tons of smiles as you clank through the gears. Real, factory equipped gated 360 Modena....SO for all production of this model - the Modena, there were over 8K made, and only 469 Modena manual shifts sent to the USA market. That's from 1999 - 2005. Thing about that. This is a rare car. NO AFILLIATION WITH THE SELLER. I just know how amazing it is to drive a manual 360 Modena. The spiders don't hold a candle to a coupe. Had to get that shot in. GLWA.
Is there a way to change the mileage to display in miles instead of kilometer if imported into US

@Sheck44 are you able to post it here?
NikTO ... yes I do
Cheers
Steve
do you have the Canadian Carfax report?
JP ... yes, pics of the original Daytona seats are at the bottom, scroll all the way down ??
Pics or there ... You can't see them ?
Apologies,
perhaps I wasn't clear.
I'm talking about the ORIGINAL seats that came with the car....
Are you saying they are also Daytona seats??
I don't see any images of the original tan leather seats,
regards,
JP
PS: I also sent you a PM
I've been getting a lot of messages / questions about some of the car details
1 - I have the PROPER import Documents to bring this car into the US legally
2 - I can arrange shipping with either TFX International or Mackie ... they take care of everything, including the import paper work to get the car to you worry and hassle free.
3 - I have all the original parts for the car
4 - This is an original gated car
5 - I have all the receipts for the $30,000+ spent on making this car better, this is NOT your standard 360, drive this one and then drive everything else will be an utter disappointment.
Cheers
Steve
Hey guys ... scroll all the way down, pics of the mint condition Daytona seats are there
Cheers
Steve
regular or Daytona original seats?
pictures please
thnx
Hi Chipper ... This is an ORIGINAL gated car
Last belt service completed @ 27,830 Miles in 2020, its now at 31,100 miles
Cheers
Steve
Is this an original or converted manual trans car? When was the last timing belt service?
Thanks Zollerm ... Unfortunately no tool kit, but NO sticky buttons. A LOT of money was spent to make sure this car is 1000%. Trust me, if I'm spending almost $1,000 on titanium wheel hardware, or $5,000 on custom seats, something as simple as fixing sticky buttons is a given.
Cheers
Steve
Original toolkit? Sticky buttons? Car looks fabulous BTW! Thank you.

My apologies to all … I forgot to mention that all the original equipment including the seats are in my possession and will be included in the sale.
With the exception of the starfish wheels.
I will post pics of the seats, they are in mint condition as well.
Cheers
Steve
Are the original seats included?
Thanks Gents
And Justin you are spot on, the throttle response is seriously quick, and even more evident when you open the valves on the exhaust ... you can actually feel the car is faster
Cheers
Steve
Trev360 knows his stuff. Well thought out modifications here, the entire path of airflow has been addressed from the MAFs to the cats.
fantastic car. seriously.
Also of note, as this will be asked .... I have in my possession the compliance letter from Ferrari of North America allowing the car to be legally imported into the USA quickly and easily, and you'll notice that the car is equipped with the speedo in both MPH and KMPH.
Cheers
Steve
Good morning everyone, this is my 2002 360 that I have taken great care and money (LOTS of it LOL) to make it the best it could possibly be. That is, quite basically, make it as close to a Challenge Stradale as possible but maintain most of the 'originality'. Make it look better, sound better (incredible) and drive better. I worked with Matt at Fusion Motorsports here in the GTA, where over a full 7 days hand built this custom titanium valved exhaust system. I then personally worked with Trevor (360Trev ... google him and watch his videos if you've never heard of him) to make this car run as good if not better than a CS. What I can tell you is that this is no normal 360 that you are bidding on, so whomever wins this car is truly getting something very special. Driving this car is an experience ... So happy bidding, I wish everyone good luck and am here to answer any questions you may have over the next 7 days.
