Up for auction is this 2002 BMW E46 M3 presented with a Nardo Grey vinyl wrap over Titanium Metallic Silver paint. Offered as the high-performance variation of BMW’s E46 3-series, this M3 Coupe is powered by a 3.2 L straight-six engine paired with a 6-speed manual gearbox. This 2002 example features aftermarket performance upgrades and tasteful exterior modifications as well as some noteworthy service items carried out over the past several years. It is now being offered by its seller in New York in great driving condition while showing just under 118k miles on the odometer.
Noted to have been garage-kept by its last two owners, the Titanium Metallic Silver (TiAg) paint is reported to be well-preserved under the full Nardo Grey vinyl wrap. Some cosmetic damage is reported on Carfax during the first year on the road, however, any damage sustained has since been completely repaired. Exterior modifications include a Status Gruppe carbon fiber CSL trunk lid, a carbon fiber CSL front lip, carbon fiber side skirt extensions, carbon fiber kidney grill inserts and brand new 19” BMW CSL Competition Package wheels which are dressed in healthy Hankook Ventus V12 tires.
Inside, the Black leather interior is stated to be in very good condition. Custom details include a BMW performance shifter with a ZCP shift knob, and Alcantara boots for the shifter and handbrake levers. All gauges and accessories are said to be fully functional, although the head unit is reported to have intermittent glitches.
This E46 is powered by a naturally aspirated S54 3.2 L inline 6-cylinder engine mated to a Getrag 420G 6-speed manual gearbox. 338 HP stock is sent to the rear wheels providing for an originally claimed 0-60 time of 5.1 seconds. This example has been upgraded with an aftermarket SuperSprint exhaust, Fortune Auto 500s coilovers and 12.5mm front wheel spacers as well as stainless steel brake lines and PFC brake pads. Routine oil service has been carried out every 3k miles, a rod bearing recall was done in 2004 and the following maintenance items were addressed over the past 60k miles:
The sale of this M3 will include 1 master key, owner’s books, some service records, a clean title, OEM replacement parts and the original trunk lid. If you’re an enthusiast in search of an entry-level German sports car, this nicely modified M3 makes the perfect choice.

@Joeyclearbra hello, the wrap was done by the cars previous owner about a year ago. The original paint under the vinyl wrap is in fantastic shape. No body imperfections. The car fax listed in the photos shown is all I have regarding the damage reported. It was backed into in a parking lot. Very minor, and repaired.
Hello, i was wondering how long the wrap has been in the car?. and who did it? was wondering if they might have cut into the paint when installing it?. how was the paint prior to installation ,do you have the Carfax to show where the damage was on the vehicle did it have structural damage ie frame damage?.
