Now presented for auction is this low-mileage 2001 Porsche 996 Turbo Coupe automatic finished in the rare combination of Rainforest Green Metallic over a Brown Natural Leather Interior with the Dark Wood package. Offering considerable performance and modern refinement, the 996 Turbo occupies a sweet spot in the market, and this 2001 example is one of the most tastefully appointed Coupes available. With its sought-after twin-turbocharged Mezger flat-six engine, impeccable color combination, 2-owner history, and current odometer reading of just over 14k miles, this well-appointed 996 Turbo is now being offered for auction in superb condition by its selling dealer out of Florida.
The seldom-seen Rainforest Green Metallic finish is said to be in pristine overall condition. CARFAX shows minor damage in 2013 which is said to have resulted in the right rear quarter panel being refinished (detailed images and paint meter readings are provided in the photo gallery). The 911 Turbo distinguishes itself from the Carrera with wider bodywork, redesigned bumpers, and an extendable rear wing. This example retains its original 18” Turbo Twist hollow spoke wheels featuring colored Porsche center crests.
Inside, you will find a premium Brown Natural Leather Interior with the optional Dark Wood Package. The cabin is said to be in very good condition with the only noted imperfection being a small crack in the wood trim on the passenger armrest. Highlighting an original MSRP of over $134k, this Turbo includes the following exclusive factory options:
Power comes from a GT1-derived twin-turbocharged 3.6 L Mezger flat-six engine capable of producing 415 HP. All four wheels are driven by way of an optional 5-speed Tiptronic automatic transmission which allows this Turbo to accelerate from 0-60 MPH in approximately 4.2 seconds. This Turbo is said to have always been dealer maintained and kept up to date on all services including routine fluid, filter, and battery replacements. A preemptive 60k mile service is also said to have been performed by an authorized Porsche dealer at just over 3k miles to maintain excellent running order.
This sale will be accompanied by a set of 2 keys, some service records, the original window sticker, and a clean title. If you are in search of a beautifully configured low-mileage 996 Turbo, this 2001 example is certainly to be considered.

@rickmilligan928 Yes car has just the one crack on passenger side armrest . Everything works, Tires are in excellent condition. Thanks
The wood veneer on these 996s' often developes cracks, and worse. This car only has the one crack, on the passenger side? And everything works? How are the tires? Thanks,
Rick

@RosnerMotorsports This baby is BEAUTIFUL, I've always been a sucker for a green exterior a brown interior. Wished this Turbo had more miles on it so I can make it a driver. :')
