Available for auction is this 2001 BMW E39 M5 finished in Carbon Black Metallic over a Caramel Nappa leather interior. This E39 wears Carbon Black Metallic paint and sits on its original 18" Style 65 wheels shod in Michelin tires at all four corners. A 4.9-liter naturally aspirated S62 V8 engine drives the rear wheels via a 6-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. It develops up to 394 HP and 369 pound-feet of torque, generating an originally quoted 0-60 time of under 5 seconds. An upgraded Dinan exhaust system has been installed and a collection of service records is provided for reference in the gallery.

Great looking car! Are you able to provide photos of the fuel filler area, trunk latch, jack points or any other under car photos? Looking to get a sense for whether any corrosion is present given it was used in the Northeast. Thanks in advance.
Bid in the amount of $7,000
@nealf2002 I sourced the car for the last owner and took it back on trade. There was a PPI done a little over a year ago and everything noted was addressed. In addition there was almost 10k worth of service done 3500 miles ago, documentation attached. If you have specific questions I'll do my best to answer them but the only things I can say for sure are the things I have done. This car is sorted and ready to be enjoyed, that really shouldn't be up for debate given the 15kish worth of service that has been done in the last 4k miles. If anything it should give confidence that so many things have been addressed recently.
@Wkstatt9 @CHARRIS1003 Hi thank you for your reply so you are not able to answer any other questions about service, ownership etc.?
@Bulletproofauto All of the information I have is documented in the listing.
@nealf2002 Responded to your message.
Is there a way to contact the seller?

Hi do you know if the timing chains/guides have been replaced on the car? Also invoices appearing in photos 129,130 and 131 are for a newer M5. Thanks
