Built in coordination with Italian design from Pininfarina, the Bentley Azure was introduced at the 1995 Geneva Motor Show as a four-seater convertible grand tourer based on the Continental R. This 2001 Bentley Azure is one of 1,403 examples produced between 1995 and 2003. It comes finished in black over a matching leather interior with wood veneers and features a turbocharged 6.75-liter V8 engine rated at 400 HP and 590 lb.-ft of torque. It was first registered in California and is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Florida with approximately 35k miles on the odometer.
The Azure’s bodywork was made by Pininfarina in Italy before being shipped to the Bentley factory in Crewe, England, for final assembly. This example is finished in black with a matching convertible soft top. Chrome trim decorates the mesh grilles, body moldings, door handles, taillights, and windscreen frame. The car features custom front fender vents and factory chrome 18” Mulliner wheels with blue Bentley logo center caps. The seller indicates some areas of touch-up paintwork and minor imperfections consistent with the car’s age and mileage. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The cabin is appointed with black leather upholstery complemented by burl wood veneers, chrome fittings, a beige headliner, and embroidered flying B emblems on the headrests. Accessories include heated and power-adjustable front seats with memory settings, an electric adjustable steering column, automatic climate control, cruise control, power windows and mirrors, an analog clock, an outside temperature indicator, a trip odometer, a pair of trunk-mounted umbrellas, and an aftermarket touchscreen head unit. The seller notes some wear is present on the driver’s seat and all gauges and accessories remain fully functional.
Up to 400 HP and 590 lb.-ft of torque is sent to the rear wheels from a 6.75-liter V8 engine with a single Garrett turbocharger and a 4-speed automatic transmission. The car features an electronically controlled suspension system and four-wheel disc brakes with dual front calipers. A service invoice shows the convertible top mechanism was served with new cylinders, hoses, and fluid in April 2024.
This sale will include owner’s manuals, a spare tire, and a clean title.

Having worked at the studios for 30 years, I saw the famous producer, Robert Evans, drive on to the Paramount Studios Lot numerous times, in this car, in white, and always envied the opulence of the moment. This one looks pristine and some lucky bidder will surely be proud to own it. GLWTB!!!
