Finished in Ocean Blue Metallic over a Savanna Beige leather interior, this 2000 Porsche 996 Carrera Cabriolet features a 6-speed manual transmission mated to its 3.4-liter flat-six engine. Options include 18” Turbo-look wheels, stainless steel tailpipes and door entry guards, aluminum-look instrument faces, an aluminum inlay gear lever, heated 8-way power-adjustable seats, sport brake pads, xenon headlamps, and more. Recent service is said to include the replacement of the IMS bearing, the clutch, the rear main seal, the water pump, and the battery. This 996 Cabriolet is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Connecticut, showing less than 70k miles on the odometer.
This 996 Carrera Cabriolet is finished in Ocean Blue Metallic (L3AZ) with a black soft top and a color-matched hard top. It rides on 18” Turbo-look wheels and includes optional xenon headlamps and dual stainless-steel tailpipes. Other equipment consists of a speed-activated rear spoiler and Porsche-branded brake calipers. The seller notes some curb rash on the rear wheels and a small ding on the fender and states that Graphene wax has been applied. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with paint meter readings and a clean CARFAX report.
The cabin is upholstered in Savanna Beige leather with matching floor mats and features optional heated 8-way power-adjustable front seats with driver position memory and rear seats in Draped leather. Additional options include stainless-steel door entry guards, aluminum-look instrument faces, an aluminum inlay gear lever, a three-spoke steering wheel, a Becker Porsche CR-32 radio, and a Becker Porsche CDC-3 6-disc CD changer. Standard equipment includes cruise control, automatic climate control, and a remote central locking system. All gauges, electronics, and accessories are reported to function as intended, with no warning lights present.
Powered by a naturally aspirated 3.4-liter flat-six engine, the 996 Carrera sends up to 296 HP and 258 lb.-ft. of torque to its rear wheels by way of a 6-speed manual transmission. Acceleration from 0-60 MPH is achievable in approximately 5.4 seconds, reaching a top speed of 174 MPH. Stopping power is provided by fixed 4-piston calipers and ventilated discs. Recent service is said to include the replacement of the IMS bearing, the clutch, the rear main seal, the water pump, and the battery. Additional services include replacing the soft top and regular oil changes.
This sale will include the owner’s manuals, a toolkit, a spare tire, a car cover, a battery charger, a matching hard top, and a clean title.
The seller would like you to know: “Here is my beautiful Ocean Blue Porsche 911 Carrera Cabriolet with Savanah Beige interior. It has been garage kept and taken care of since I've owned it, (3-1/2 years). Regular service, including oil changes, cabin filter, weep hole inspection, etc. This car is a blast to drive, and everything works as it should. I've had the IMS, clutch, rear main seal and water pump done. I am selling because I purchased its bigger brother, a 2007 911 4S and don't have room in my garage. Whoever wins this auction will, without a doubt, enjoy her.”

CMEmach1, I will post the service records
I’m not sure about the A/I separator.
I will also post picture of the IMS sticker by l N engineering
When you talk about the two plugs behind the seats do you mean the screen grommets?
I was wondering if you could post pictures of the service records that you have ? Also with respect to the IMS bearing, what is the specific vendor used for that replacement bearing ? Has the A/I separator been replaced ? Are the two plugs on the bolster behind the rear seats included or have they been lost ? Thanks , this is a beautiful car !
