Replacing the venerable F355 as Ferrari’s flagship mid-engine sports car in 1999, the 360 Modena features an Alcoa aluminum spaceframe chassis, Pininfarina-designed bodywork, and a 3.6-liter V8 with a flat-plane-crankshaft. This 2000 example is finished in Grigio Titanio over blue leather upholstery and equipped with an optional 6-speed F1 automated sequential transaxle, a limited-slip differential, cross-drilled disc brakes, Scuderia fender shields, 19” F430 wheels, xenon headlights, aluminum pedals, automatic climate control, and an upgraded sound system with a Pioneer head unit and JL Audio amplifier. Acquired by the current owner in 2010 and treated to a major service in May 2025, this 360 Modena is now being offered for auction out of Delaware with approximately 14k miles showing on the odometer.
The car’s lightweight aluminum bodywork was designed by Pininfarina, featuring distinctive side air intakes and a vented glass engine display cover. This example is finished in Grigio Titanio and features optional Scuderia fender shields, silver brake calipers, and 19” split five-spoke wheels from a Ferrari F430. Other equipment includes xenon headlights, fog lights, power mirrors, quad exhaust tips, and a rear diffuser. The car rides on Pirelli P Zero tires dated from 2020 to 2023. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a damage-free CARAFX report.
The cabin features blue leather upholstery and matching carpets accented by an aluminum center console, door sills, and lower door panels. Other accessories include a three-spoke leather steering wheel with paddle shifters, drilled aluminum pedals and passenger footrest, automatic climate control, cruise control, WeatherTech floor mats, and an aftermarket Pioneer flip-out head unit with a JL Audio amplifier and speakers. The seller notes the air conditioning system was recharged in May 2025.
Featuring dry-sump lubrication, dual overhead camshafts, five valves per cylinder, and a flat-plane crankshaft, the 3.6-liter Tipo F131 V8 was factory-rated at 395 HP and 275 lb-ft of torque. The rear wheels are driven through a 6-speed F1 automated sequential transaxle and a limited-slip differential, and stopping power comes from cross-drilled disc brakes at each corner. A timing belt service was completed in 2019, and service performed in May 2025 included a coolant flush, a new gearbox switch assembly and electric pump, reverse lever, F1 pump pressure sensor, F1 accumulator, a new charcoal canister, and evaporation purge valves.
This sale will include a clean title. The CARFAX report indicates a mileage inconsistency in 2014, which may have resulted from a clerical error. The seller disputes this discrepancy, claiming that the mileage displayed on the digital odometer is accurate.
The seller would like you to know: “This is a phenomenal low-mileage example of a Ferrari Modena. This car runs fantastically, needs nothing, and is ready for a new owner to enjoy it and drive it!”

Aftermarket shields, as they are not recessed into fenders.

@MCQueens A few questions:
1) Can you provide paint meter readings?
2) Any ppf on the car? If so, where and how old?
3) Buttons/coated parts look good..Have they been refinished or all original?
4) Can you confirm the fender shields are aftermarket stick-on and removable?
5) Any current fluid leaks?
Thanks.
