Designed by Grant Larson, who is also responsible for the styling of the Carrera GT and 997, the 986 presents elegant lines, side air intakes, a speed-activated rear spoiler, and an open-air driving experience. Finished in Pastel Yellow, this example rides on 16” factory 5-spoke light alloy “twist” wheels dressed in Michelin Pilot Sport tires from 2017 and 2018. The 1999 Boxster equips a naturally-aspirated 2.5-liter flat-six engine generating up to 201 HP and 181 lb.-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a 5-speed manual transmission, allowing for acceleration from 0-60 MPH in under 7 seconds. Equipment includes a stainless-steel exhaust, anti-lock brakes, and independent 4-wheel MacPherson strut suspension with aluminum alloy control arms. Shipping costs vary depending on the carrier, but we did this quote through Montway.com and for Open Transportation it comes to 1,399 and for enclosed (Which is our recommendation given the quality of the car) comes in at 1,999.

I listened to video again, with better speakers this time. Just microphone picking up typical low speed noises like shifting, turn signal. Engine sounds great

@FunRide32 Hi, @FunRide32 Just to help me out a little bit, what was the timestamp for the creaking? Watching back through the video, I can hear some interior noise when going over uneven surfaces or bumps near the bridge section of the video, but nothing unusual that would cause alarm from what I've seen.

The Michelin Pilot Sport Tires Read: 4317 in the front and the Rear tires are 3018.
No unusual wear on the tires!
Last service was roughly 100 miles ago at Porsche of Orlando in August of ‘22.
Overall, we’re fortunate to present this stunning 986!
What is the age/date codes of the tires? Last service? Operation of the top?

This particular 986 has no record of its IMS bearing replaced, but between the age of the vehicle, and the the miles, we feel safe regarding this Porsche! The early 986 generations tend to fare better than the 2000-2006 Boxsters.
What a fun color; it reminds me of mayfair maize on late 60’s Pontiac GTO and Firebirds. Nearly identical.
