Now up for auction is this 1999 Porsche 996 Carrera Coupe finished in Guards Red over a Savanna Beige interior. Factory equipped with a 6-speed manual transmission and optional limited-slip differential, this 1999 example has also been upgraded with adjustable Koni struts, H&R lowering springs, an Accusump oil accumulator, Gundo exhaust hack, a 997 short shifter, and a dual-row IMS bearing with direct oil feed. Also benefitting from a host of recent service items, 6-speed Carrera is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Georgia while showing approximately 113k miles on the odometer.
This 996 comes finished in Guards Red and features factory Bi-Xenon headlights, custom red-painted brake calipers, and gloss-black powdercoated 18” Turbo-look wheels. Cosmetic imperfections and highlighted in the photo gallery including some evidence of paintwork. CARFAX shows accidents to have occurred in 2016 and 2017 causing damage to the front and rear ends, although there are no further details provided. The wheels come fitted with colored Porsche center crests, ECS Tuning 15mm spacers, and Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires.
Inside, you will find a Savanna Beige interior with power-operated seats, driver seat memory, and a custom Alcantara-wrapped flat-bottom steering wheel. The ignition switch, headlight switch, driver’s door lock, and passenger-side window regulator are all said to have been recently replaced. The sunroof is currently inoperable and fixed in the close position. Signs of wear are present throughout the cabin as depicted in the gallery.
This first-generation 996 Carrera is equipped with a naturally aspirated 3.4L flat-six engine rated at 296 HP and 258 lb.-ft of torque. The rear wheels are driven by way of a 6-speed manual transmission and a factory-optioned limited-slip differential. An upgraded 997 short shift kit has been recently installed, the exhaust has been modified with the Gundo hack, an Accusump oil accumulator has been equipped, and the suspension has been upgraded with adjustable Koni struts and H&R sport lowering springs. An upgraded dual-row IMS bearing was reportedly installed in November of 2016 at approximately 90k miles along with a direct oil feed, new air-oil separator, and clutch. Other recent service items are said to include the installation of new front and rear brake pads, spark plugs, engine mounts, transmission mount, alternator, and battery. A DME report is provided for reference in the gallery along with corresponding service invoices.
This sale will include service records and a clean title. A well-sorted driver-grade example of a Porsche 996, this 6-speed 1999 Carrera Coupe is just waiting to be driven and enjoyed.

@Weswheelw68 I do not. If you look at one of the last repair orders, the PO owner took it in and the shop told him they would have to dissemble everything. I did not look into any further.
do you have any idea whats up with the sunroof track? just curious. Thanks!
Not that is a big deal but I may have found a spare tire to include

Update, I drove her today and realized the bulb that lights the clock up wasn't working. I took the cluster apart and replaced the bulb, clock is functioning!
@luis.seneriz thanks for the positive feedback by the way, I put a lot of effort into my auctions.
