Among the most sought-after models of the final air-cooled 911 generation, the 993 Carrera S offers the wide body styling of the 911 Turbo coupled with a naturally aspirated engine sending power to the rear wheels. This 1998 example represents the 993’s final model year and comes finished in Black over Cashmere Beige interior upholstery. It was factory-configured with various desirable options including the Aerokit Turbo II Package, the Motor Sound Package, HiFi Sound Package, and Exclusive yellow-painted brake calipers. Originally delivered in Washington state, this example has spent most of its life on the West Coast and was acquired by the seller here on PCARMARKET just over four years ago. This C2S is now being offered for auction out of Washington with less than 37k miles showing on the odometer.
Compared to a standard 993 Carrera, the Carrera S features wider fenders and bumpers derived from the contemporary 911 Turbo. This example is finished in Black and features optional Aerokit Turbo II spoilers at the front and rear. Factory Exclusive yellow-painted brake calipers are fitted beneath upgraded 18” TechArt wheels dressed in Continental ExtremeContact Sport tires from 2021. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a CARFAX report noting minor damage in April 2020. The seller notes the application of paint protection film on the front fascia, fenders, and hood. A hardly noticeable paint blemish on the hood is also noted, as shown in the gallery.
The Cashmere Beige interior features optional supple leather front and rear seats, the Power Seat Package, HiFi Package, a CD changer, cruise control, and an electric sunroof. Minor wear is noted on the driver’s seat bolster, while all gauges, electronics, and accessories are confirmed to be in proper working order.
Among the very last of the air-cooled 911s, this 993 Carrera S features a 3.6L flat-six engine, rated at 282 HP from the factory. The rear wheels are driven via a 6-speed manual transmission. This example features the factory optional Motor Sound Package, which includes a more resonant airbox for increased sound. Modifications include Fister sport-tuned mufflers, an OEM RS shifter assembly, and Bilstein PSS10 suspension. Under current ownership, oil changes have been performed by Chris’s German Auto Service of Redmond, Washington.
This sale will include a clean title, owner’s manuals, a toolkit, a car cover, a battery charger, and an award received from a car show.

@Grit2014 Most recent service was oil service and installation of the PSS10's. I do have a small stack of service records that came with the car, and I have added to it with anything I've done including detailing services.
Included is an invoice for spark plugs, distributor cap & rotor, all belts, air filter, fuel filter, cabin filter @ 27k miles.

@Chardo6 The front is wrapped fully in PPF so despite the challenge with black paint, its actually in excellent condition. There is a small blemish on the hood where it looks like a rock chip was touched up prior to the PPF being laid down. It is visible in picture 127 right at the tip of the pencil eraser.
Forgive me if you addressed…paint on hood and front bumper…chips, etc? Thank you!

@Miller711 I don't have any pictures with it removed and don't currently have access to a lift to pull off the cover. It spends the vast majority of time parked in a garage and there are no drips on the floor of the garage.
Do you have any pictures with the under carriage cover removed? It appears from the pictures there could be oil leaks or seeping. A picture of the underside of the engine would be helpful.
Not that I see any record of in the service history that came with the car, nor have I had any engine-out service during my ownership.

@porsdrvr95 No, I do not have the original wheels. The car had a set of BBS wheels when I got it. While they looked great (IMHO), they were not the proper offset for the wide body, so I went to these TechArt wheels. The original Turbo Look wheels are of course pretty sought after. 👍
