Up for auction is this 1997 Porsche 993 Carrera Cabriolet finished in rarely seen Zenith Blue Metallic over a grey leather interior. This unique example stands in beautifully preserved condition with a recent mechanical service, waiting to be enjoyed by a new owner. It is now being offered in with 57k miles showing on the odometer.
The Zenith Blue Metallic finish on this Carrera is said to be in exceptional condition. The Carfax report does note damage, however, the seller states that no paintwork is recorded on the car and all panels are factory original. Detailed images are provided in the photo gallery along with recent paint meter readings. A few exterior features include a blue factory cabriolet top and a set of 18” chrome wheels that wear Michelin Pilot Sport tires dated from 2016 with plenty of tread life remaining.
The Grey leather interior is said to be all original and in exceptional condition. This car was ordered new with a tasteful carbon fiber shift knob along with an aluminum brake handle. With an original MSRP of over 82k, this Carrera also features options such as: Power adjustable front seats, automatic speed control, Hi-fi sound system, CDR210 stereo system, air deflector, and a leather covered CD storage area. All electronics are said to be in working order.
Power comes from a 3.6 L flat-six engine that produces 282HP and is connected to a 6-speed manual gear box. Performance numbers include 0-60 in approximately 5.2 seconds with a top speed of 171 mph. A recent service was carried out that included all new fluids and filters. At 54k, all valve cover gaskets were replaced along with all new brake pads and rotors. Service records are available along with a Carfax report documenting a well-maintained history. This Carrera is said to be in excellent running condition.
The sale will include two keys, books, partial service records, toolkit, a spare tire and a Carfax report.

@greenzgene 4 owners since new based on my research. Not seeing any registration events in the Bay Area. We acquired this vehicle from EuroCar in Costa Mesa, CA. They got it on trade for a Mclaren from a gentleman out of Lake Havasu City, AZ.
