Developed by Autech as a high-performance variant of the Nissan Stagea, the 260RS was offered exclusively for the Japanese domestic market and shares its drivetrain and chassis architecture with the R33 Skyline GT-R. One of approximately 1,734 units produced in total, this 1998 example is finished in black over gray upholstery and is powered by a 2.6-liter twin-turbocharged inline-six engine paired with a 5-speed manual transmission. Equipment includes a limited-slip rear differential, an ATTESA all-wheel drive system, Autech-specific bodywork, 18” ADV1 wheels, a touchscreen stereo, aftermarket performance upgrades, and more. Showing over 151k kilometers or approximately 94k miles on the odometer, this rare 260RS has been imported to the U.S. and is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Florida.
This example is refinished in black and features Autech-specific bodywork, including revised bumpers, side skirts, and a roof spoiler. Exterior details include fog lights, roof rails, side moldings, and privacy-tinted rear glass. The front fascia is accented with black mesh inserts on the upper and lower grille openings, as well as the fog light ducts. It rides on black-finished 18” ADV1 five-spoke wheels wrapped in Bridgestone Potenza tires bearing 2021 date codes. The seller notes minor blemishes from road use, detailed images are provided in the gallery.
The cabin is trimmed in two-tone black and gray cloth upholstery with matching door panels and carpeting. The front bucket seats feature contoured bolsters and a textured center insert, while the rear bench offers a folding center armrest. Amenities include air conditioning, power windows, and power door locks. An aftermarket Alpine touchscreen stereo is installed in the center stack, while a Defi ZD digital gauge display is mounted behind the steering wheel, displaying oil pressure, RPM, water temperature, oil temperature, boost, and system voltage. All gauges and electronics are confirmed to be in proper working order.
Power comes from a 2.6-liter RB26DETT twin-turbocharged inline-six engine, which has been upgraded with a Koyo aluminum radiator, Greddy oil catch can, Greddy swirl pot, Mines air filters, Tomei metal intake manifold gaskets, and a Kakimoto 3” exhaust system with catalytic converters. All four wheels are driven through a 5-speed manual transmission, Nissan’s ATTESA E-TS all-wheel-drive system, and a limited-slip differential. It has Brembo four-wheel disc brakes fitted with new Project μ brake pads, along with an upgraded coilover suspension system. The seller notes a timing service was performed at 96k kilometers, along with a new water pump, thermostat, and axles.
This sale will include the owner’s manuals, a toolkit, a spare tire, a sales brochure, import documentation, and a clean title.
The seller would like you to know: “Very nice, well sorted and clean Stagea 260RS example.”

@Spazaz88 hello, yes as mentioned in description the car was originally pearl white from factory but resprayed black under last ownership. All the jams and under hood area have been painted to match.
I have uploaded a photo of the auction sheet with a grade 4 which is very good for a car of this age. Will post the carvx report as well.

Couple fo questions. 1) Was the car resprayed black after originally being white (engine bay and spare tire well are white but would've been black if from factory). 2) Do you have the auction sheet or carvx you can post?
