Available for auction is this 1998 Audi A4 2.8 Quattro finished in Pearl White over an Ecru leather interior. The first generation of Audi’s compact executive sedan was introduced for the 1995 model year, offering a range of powertrain options including Audi’s Quattro all-wheel drive. This one-owner example was originally delivered by Valenti Motors of Watertown, Connecticut and is said to have been garage kept while serviced regularly by Audi. It comes nicely equipped with a 5-speed manual transmission, a glass sunroof, Bose stereo, the All-Weather Package, and Sport Package. It is now being offered for auction by its seller, out of Connecticut, showing approximately 31k miles on the odometer.
This A4 is finished in premium Pearl White (L0B9) paint and features a power-operated glass sunroof, front fog lamps, headlight washers, and 16” 7-spoke Sport wheels. New Ohtsu FP7000 tires were mounted in 2018 and the seller states the car has been garage kept from new and never subjected to snow or winter driving conditions. Detailed images can be found in the gallery along with a clean one-owner CARFAX report.
The cabin features Ecru leather upholstery with walnut inlays on the dashboard, center console, and doors. Amenities include an 8-speaker Bose stereo system, electronic climate control, cruise control, power windows and door locks, a power-adjustable driver seat, heated front seats as part of the All-Weather Package, and a three-spoke Sport steering wheel as part of the Sport Package. The seller notes the cabin remains very well preserved and confirms that all gauges and accessories remain functional.
Up to 190 HP and 207 lb.-ft of torque come from a 30-valve 2.8-liter V6 engine paired with a 5-speed manual transmission and the Quattro all-wheel drive system. This example is equipped with the factory sport suspension which adds firmer dampers and springs. The seller reports the car has been regularly serviced through Audi dealers and that the spark plugs and fluids were replaced earlier in 2022.
This sale will include owner’s literature, the original window sticker, and a clean title.

@SCARSGOS4 agreed! A super punchy motor and such a lovely exhaust tone.
Beautiful example. Always thought the V6 manual was a great combo for these cars.

Hello everyone! I’m Susan the original owner of this Audi A4.
I was shopping for a car in the late 1990s. I test drove and was thinking about a BMW but had a chance to try the new A4. I loved it. Loved the color, loved the style, loved the interior. So I got one. I was one of the first with an A4 in Connecticut! I keep the car in my garage marked, “Audi Parking Only”.
This car has never been driven in the snow. I have never put recycling in the car, nor food. It has been our family’s ‘casual sports sedan’ since new. We went to South Dakota in 2018 and trailered it behind our RV in an enclosed trailer, this way we didn’t have to rent a car and we knew we would have a comfortable and reliable car for sightseeing. The car has seen Mt. Rushmore, the Badlands and Devil’s Tower!
I’ve decided that I prefer to drive without shifting, so these days I almost exclusively drive my SUV. The A4 was always a real prize for us, we’ve loved it, and feel it’s time for someone new to love it.
Let me know if you have any questions.
