We are pleased to present this sought after 1997 Porsche 993 Carrera 4S finished in a timeless combination of black over a black leather interior. Equipped with a 6-speed manual transmission distributing power to all four wheels, this Carrera 4S has been upgraded with an ECU tune as well as a cat-bypass exhaust. Accompanied by an extensive collection of service records, this stunning 1997 example remains in beautiful overall condition showing approximately 50k miles on the odometer.
Finished in black, this 4S shares the iconic widened body styling of the 911 Turbo model. The car is said to be in very good cosmetic condition with a few small chips on the front end. A collection of detailed images is provided in the photo gallery. Eye-catching red brake calipers compliment the desirable factory Turbo Twist wheels which come wrapped in Pirelli P Zero tires dated from 2011.
This 993 is appointed with a handsome black leather upholstered cabin featuring an added OEM Porsche Classic radio. An aftermarket radar detector has been installed and the seller confirms all gauges and accessories are fully functional. The interior is stated to be in very nice overall condition while experiencing some age appropriate imperfections to the dash pad. Images are provided in the photo gallery.
Representing the final generation of the air-cooled 911, this 993 is equipped with a 3.6 L flat-six engine rated at 282 HP and 250 lb-ft of torque stock. Power is distributed to all four wheels by way of a 6-speed manual transmission making for a Car and Driver originally tested 0-60 time of 4.9 seconds. A Bilstein B12 suspension is equipped which adds a more aggressive look and increased handling. Engine performance is optimized by an aftermarket ECU tune while a catalytic converter bypass provides for improved exhaust flow and enhanced sound. This 993 is accompanied by extensive maintenance records and is said to have received all scheduled service from reputable Porsche specialists.
The sale of this Porsche 993 will include a set of two keys, the original owner’s books, a collection of service records and a clear title. One of the most desirable air-cooled cars on the market, this stunning black on black Carrera 4S represents an incredible buying opportunity as well as a sound investment.

I'd be surprised in the reserve comes off of this before $75k. It's been for sale for 2-3 years for between $78K and $90K by what appears to be the same dealer in Miami. The mileage has only increased by a few hundred miles in that time.
@mush1963 call 45 minutes before coming to see the car so I may show it out
@AuggieSouth Delray Beach motors 360 NE 4th street Delray beach 33483

I'm ready to increase my bid and I'm in the Boca Raton area please share the car's location so I can take a look at it in person
Bid in the amount of $56,242
Also seems to be a small amount of bubbling in pic #57 (windshield).
I think @AuggieSouth has a fair question - that is still not answered.
Is there a reason he is not able to see the car?
Is this a dealer and if yes why the pictures in a driveway from a home?
Interested bidders would like to know.....as we are at$50,000+ not $500+
@mush1963 please add pictures of the headlamps and rear lights on in the dark.
@Cjlangstslo yes there is a small rust bubble on the passenger side right rear window
@Mercyhealth no sure what that means please be more specific
@993fan yes a very tiny bit of bubbling on the right rear window passenger side maby 4-6 pinheads in retrospect
@993fan yes it it the base of the rear window passenger side and there is a tiny bit of bubble starting
I have tried the contact the seller to view this car as I live local to south florida and have not received any response. It states the seller is a dealer. I can understand the "Social Distancing" and take all precautions when leaving my home. Has anyone else personally viewed this 993 C4S?
@mush1963 please add some night lights on front and back pictures. Thanks
@Cjlangstslo I am almost certain that is at the base of the rear window, passenger side.
I know it’s down to the last 20 hours but sure would be nice to get a video to hear the cat delete!
Could you post a picture of the most recent PPI report when you bought the vehicle?
& Photo 63 shows possible rust bubble.. Where is that exactly?
Bid in the amount of $55,993

@993Leistung only two issues are the dashboard has some cracking, which we can fix, the owner wanted to keep the car as pure as possible. The paint is original and all meters well. The driver side lower qtr panel has been painted. PPI was done a few years ago less than 5k miles ago. Car was just in for service, new alternator, and belts. Car was gone over and nothing else was needed at that time Interior all parts are there and working Original radio Added front amp and kicker rear speakers, other than that all original
Can send you my email if there’s a way to msg you directly/privately. Just don’t want to post it onto a public forum.
Would probably be beneficial to you if you posted the pictures on the auction. Also, do you know if all of the paint is original? Would it be feasible to get metered pictures as well? Assuming it is, I live in Orlando and would be interested in possibly making the drive down to see the car over the weekend if you are willing to show it. Thank you.
@993Leistung whats your email we can do pictures for you today
Would it be possible to take some close up/high res pictures of the lower areas surrounding the windshield and rear window? Just to confirm that there is no rust formation, common issue.
Bid in the amount of $45,000
@CurtGT3RS Thanks for the tire comment, please understand the DOT recommends 6 years on dated tires to sell. Tires can last a long time especially in warm climates and garage conditions. If the tires had any issues they would be replaced. This car was just inspected
Date code 2011 tires? Definitely bring a trailer for this one!
Bid in the amount of $40,000
Bid in the amount of $35,000
Beautiful 4S!
Do you have any pictures of the underside? Bottom of the engine, suspension, frame rails, etc.. (any noticeable rust?)
Do you have a PPI or leak down test report?
Also, any other cracked or broken interior pieces other than the dash?
Sorry for the barrage of questions.. just trying to be thorough
Bid in the amount of $28,000
