This 1997 Porsche 993 Carrera Coupe was initially delivered to Tom Wood Porsche of Indianapolis, Indiana, optioned with an Arena Red Metallic finish over a Classic Grey interior. Equipment includes a 6-speed manual transmission, the Motor Sound Package, 17” Cup II wheels, an electric sunroof, air conditioning, cruise control, and a Becker-Porsche CDR-210 stereo. This 993 Carrera is now being offered for auction by its seller showing just over 6k miles on the odometer.
This example comes finished in Arena Red Metallic (L84S), a desirable color strongly associated with the 993 generation. Equipment includes a speed-activated rear spoiler, dual-exhaust outlets, headlight washers, fog lights, and power-adjustable mirrors. The optional 17” Cup II wheels are mounted with Dunlop Direzza DZ101 tires measuring approximately 205/50 up front and 255/40 out back. @artichoke I think no Porsche does but good comment. My 997 CS never has warmed up and shut off. Always driven at least 5 miles even when going to Saturday morning Cars & Coffee which is less than a mile away. Arena Red is the bomb. Love this car.

Gorgeous car. I don’t like guards red but arena is a special color. I seen one like this in person but a 98 with black interior, no it had 50k miles, this car is a museum piece. GLWTS

@Cozad1955 Yes the scratches are in the corners. Zero rust on the car and the door strap checks are perfect no noise coming from them when you open the doors. Alos no engine issues or warning lights.

Are those scrapes on the lower front valence (at the corners)? Any damage or rust in the area around the door straps? Have you had any "check engine" light or SAI issues?
Hard to believe it only has 6k miles! Hopefully someone drove it hard in those few miles. 993’s do not do well if they just putter around!

@Teddyx3 codes are 1st 2 digits are the week and 2nd 2 digits are the years. These tires are from 2012 & 2013.

@teddyx3 the date codes for the tires are Front Left 1913 Front Right 1913 Right Rear 5112 Right Left 5112
They fail on BAT, they turn up on Pcar Market. Seems to be a well trodden pathway.
