Up for auction is this 1997 Porsche 993 Carrera Cabriolet. Being the last air-cooled model ever produced, the 993 generation is a staple in Porsche history. Today, these cars are coveted for their uncanny modern performance and visceral analog feel. This east coast car spent time in Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina before eventually making its way to New Jersey where it resides with its current owner. It is now being offered in excellent condition with 78k miles on the odometer and a clear title.
Still retaining its factory color of black, this Carrera is said to be the beneficiary a professional front-end respray in order to correct rock chips. The car shows to be in exceptional cosmetic condition. This garage-kept example features a new OEM cabriolet top that is in perfect working order. The car rides on factory alloy wheels that wear a set of Michelin tires.
The beautiful tan leather interior is all original and is stated to be in exceptional condition aside from typical wear to the front seats. This car was ordered new with the expensive two-tone leather option which provides a tasteful tan and rich black contrast on the dash, door panels, and all seating surfaces. In 2018, a service was performed which included the replacement of all valve cover gaskets, brake flush, and belt replacements. Extensive service records are available. The owner emphasizes that this Carrera was strictly a weekend cruiser with less than 5k miles driven in his 13 years of ownership. It is stated to be in excellent running order.

@Pcargirl431 hi thanks for your interest. Yes I am in Woodcrest. The car gets service at Provost Motorsports in Bordentown. two years ago I replaced all the belts. Last year completed all Valve gasket replacement as well as spark plug and Dist. cap and rotors plus brake flush and oil and filters. The Convertible top was professionally replaced in 2006 by Moorestown Auto. they are a classic and antique restoration company. The convertible top is perfect condition. thanks for your interest

Hi Thanks for reviewing my auction. this was a major maintenance. Valve cover gaskets all replaced. Distributor cap and New Ignition Wire Set.. Rotors, Spark Plugs, Brake fluid flushed. Oil and filter changed. Porsche is running great. No oil leaks
There was a large bill dated 10/18 with the total page showing, can we see the breakdown of the work that was done?
