This stunning black 1996 Porsche 993 Turbo is 1 of only 1,297 produced for the US market.  The 993-model Turbo is celebrated for its design and staggering performance numbers. This particular example has driven just 38,550 miles from new.  The seller reports this rare Porsche to be in collector-grade condition with no chips or scratches.

The seller states that the original Twin Turbocharged 3.6L engine along with its 6-speed manual transaxle are in perfect running condition.  The 408HP engine along with Porsche’s all-wheel drive system provide for an exhilarating driving experience that is even impressive by todays standards.  When the current owner purchased the car back in 2015, he had a set of Continental Extreme Contact tires mounted onto the factory original hollow-spoke aluminum alloy wheels (furnished with colored Porsche crests). Only 400 miles have been added since the tires were installed.

This particular car has won multiple awards at PCA events.   The owner proudly states that the car won best in class at Luxury & Supercar Showcase in Dallas, Texas. This is surely a show-worthy Porsche that has never been tracked!

993 interiors are known for their quality fit and finish.  The black partial leather interior is in above average condition showing minimal wear.  The interior also features power seats, power windows, power sunroof, on board computer, and a very cool 200 MPH speedometer only found on the Turbo model.  The current owner had Bluetooth capability added to the factory Becker head unit and removed the bumperettes, which will be included with the sale.  These are the only minor upgrades to an otherwise factory correct example.

Park Place Porsche has performed regular maintenance since 2015.  Service records from the current and previous owner will be provided with the sale.

The Carfax provided shows no accidents and an exceptional history.

I have the EPE invoices in front of me if anyone would like to know specifics of the work performed. Basically work performed was as previously described.

Paint work was done on the front and rear bumpers as a consequence of the bumperette delete. The car has never been tracked. Driver's seat bolster below normal wear and tear. Nothing a little leather conditioner couldn't deal with. The COA is a copy of a copy but confirms the car's originality. Odometer is working and always has been. The EPE invoices are in a file I don't have with me so I will have to retrieve them and post specific info about them later. But I can say that they covered numerous items that the previous owner wanted addressed on a preventative basis from flushing the brake and clutch systems to a complete engine check of all functions, remove, service and secure rocker panel covers, flywheel, turbos, lifters, belts and hoses. Also new tires mounting balance and alignment (Continental Extreme Contact)

A paint meter with depth readings would inspire more confident bids I am sure. But I’m in if it’s as clean as described.

Can the seller provide details on some of those larger EPE invoices? There's a 7k and a 13k invoice up there.

A legible copy of the COA would be great

I see the replacement intercooler hoses, any other replacement parts engine wise? Did it have a wiring harness replaced? Ever had plugs and wires? Clutch?

Is odometer in working order and has it always been?

    Beautiful car. GLWS.

-Can the seller add pictures of the drivers seat bolsters.
-The description makes mention of no scratches, however can the seller confirm if there has been any previous paintwork, including the front and rear bumpers?
    -Has the car been tracked?
    Thanks.

I guess I will be the first to bid here. Not sure where this one will wind up with sale numbers across the board.
