We are pleased to present this 1996 Porsche 993 Turbo finished in Black over a black leather interior. This Turbo was purchased new by the current owner in 1995 with optional equipment including heated supple leather seats, a CD storage compartment, Nokia DSP Audio System, and an Alpine radio. After being driven sparingly for several years, this Turbo was tucked away in one of many garages on the owner's property as part of a large private collection. It was eventually brought out in 2014 to be serviced by an authorized Porsche dealership in preparation for sale. With 100% of auction proceeds being donated to the Mayo Clinic (the #1 rated hosiptal for cancer research in the U.S.), this 993 Turbo is being offered by its original owner out of New York showing less than 7k miles showing on the odometer.
This 993 comes finished in nonmetallic Black and rides on factory 18” Technology hollow-spoke wheels fitted with optional colored Porsche crest center caps and a set of Pirelli P Zero tires. The Turbo is characterized by its wide fenders, broad rocker panels, body-colored rear spoiler, and unique front fascia with three lower air inlets. The finish exhibits flaws and imperfections commensurate with years of unattended storage, detailed images are provided in the gallery along with paint meter readings and a clean CARFAX report.
Inside, the black full leather interior comes optioned with heated and power-adjustable seats in supple leather along with an exclusive CD storage compartment behind the handbrake lever. A premium Alpine radio was also equipped from the factory as well as the Nokia DSP Audio System. Standard features include a rear window wiper, onboard computer, Litronic xenon headlights, and a sunroof. The cabin appears to have been very well preserved and the seller notes a musty odor emanating as a result of long-term indoor storage. The factory specifications label on the underside of the hood lists the following equipment codes.
The last of the air-cooled 911 Turbos, this 993 is equipped with a 3.6L twin-turbocharged flat-six engine that delivers up to 408 HP and 398 lb.-ft of torque to all four wheels through a 6-speed manual transmission. The dynamic limited-slip system with Active Brake Differential (ABD) and a limited-slip differential are equipped as standard along with fixed 4-piston aluminum Brembo brake calipers paired with 322mm cross-drilled rotors front and rear. CARFAX shows all maintenance to have been carried out by authorized Porsche dealers including a full service and inspection by an authorized Porsche dealer in 2014 at 6,787 miles.
This 993 will be accompanied by a toolkit, air pump, spare tire, and a clean title. The sale will be facilitated by a dealer on behalf of the seller with all proceeds being sent to the Mayo Clinic as a donation on behlaf of the original owner. After years hidden away in storage, this unmolested one-owner 993 is ready to be enjoyed by a new caretaker. Do not miss your chance to invest in a low-mileage Turbo while supporting a worthy cause.

@Hunt Tires were replaced in 2014
@Hunt hi, all service history is mentioned in write up as well as Carfax. it was last at Porsche in 2014 for a service and has not been driven since. Everything that comes with the car is in the photos. Good Luck!
Bid in the amount of $212,600
Does it come with a trickle charger or car cover?

@consignment1 So I guess in 2015 at service somebody put wrong millage 6790 . 7 Years and few service later looks like is 3 miles less
@sebaf1 there is a photo of the odometer in the gallery. They car has not been driven in some time. When it was brought to service it was picked up by a flatbed. It is quite possible the deal we just entered whatever mileage they felt like entering when the car was in service. It happens quite often. These types of clerical errors plague owners and sellers across the country. The car is at PCARMARKET headquarters and inspections prior to bidding are welcome and encouraged. The car is presented with honesty and transparency. Thank you.

Bid in the amount of $183,000
Seller, you sir are a good man
@Vince993s thank you for the question. Due to the owner having multiple residences and not always being in NY/NJ where the car was stored, it was sent to the dealership via flatbed for service.
Of course, the buyer is participating in the donation by buying the car with cash.
A bit unreasonable if the seller is donating the proceeds and being asked to give up the donation receipt.
Kindly explain why the write up and photo of the odometer notes 6,787 miles and the CARFAX report indicates 6.790 on 1/7/2015 despite two service visits with the Porsche dealership between 2015 and present. Thanks

@MFStapler @MFStapler sure. In 2014, it was brought to a Porsche dealership for service in anticipation of a sale. For personal reasons, the owner wound up keeping the car until present day. You may also note that the Carfax shows the exact date of the service in 2014.
@cbird thank you for the question. Although we would love to accommodate, we are going to only accept bank wire transfers on this sale.
@Skywalkr299 hello, PCAR answered the question correctly. Feel free to send me a message via the contact seller button if you have any further clarification needed. Thank you for looking at the auction and your interest is greatly appreciated.
@Skywalkr299 hello and thank you for the question. The seller will be making the donation with the funds from the sale to the Mayo Clinic. Proof of the donation will be provided to the buyer, however, to be clear, it is the seller who is making the donation, not the buyer. Hope this helps.
Can you please clarify the handling of the car recently? Maybe a typo but your write up states the car was brought out of storage 8 years ago in preparation for sale. When was that car actually last serviced by the dealer? Thanks for updating the recent status.
What charity and do they accept crypto?
Since proceeds are being donated for a great cause, does the buyer participate in the donation?
Thank you for viewing. This is a No Reserve Auction for a 6k mile 993. 100% of the sale price will be donated to the Mayo Clinic by the seller!
Some more content as well as a video will be added when the auction starts.
This 993 will be housed at PCARMARKET headquarters during the course of the auction and can be viewed by appointment. Inspections are welcome PRIOR to bidding.
Please contact PCARMARKET or send us a direct message to make arrangements by clicking the contact seller button.
Best of luck to all and we are excited to see this amazing car move on to another enthusiast.
@SofiaLeo hello and thank you for looking at the preview for this special 993. We will see to it that they are added shortly.
Beautiful Porsche Turbo seller! It states that you have the paint meter readings listed but I don’t see that info? Thank you
