This 1996 Porsche 993 Carrera Cabriolet is presented in Grand Prix White over a Midnight Blue interior. Featuring a 6-speed manual transaxle paired with its 3.6-liter flat-six engine, it comes factory-equipped with an optional limited-slip differential, Automatic Brake Differential (ABD), the HiFi Sound Package, and body-colored 17” Cup II wheels. The car underwent a comprehensive refurbishment at Paul Miller Porsche of New Jersey in 2021 for the 911 Classic Restoration Competition. The project included an engine-out service and reseal, a new clutch, suspension components, body trim, a new convertible top, and an upgraded Porsche Classic Communication Management (PCCM) head unit. Purchased by the current owner in 2024, this 993 is now being offered for auction out of Texas with approximately 66k miles showing on the odometer.
The exterior is finished in Grand Prix White with a Dark Blue power-operated convertible soft top. Equipment includes projector headlights, headlamp washers, integrated fog lights, heated power mirrors, a “basket handle” brake light spoiler, a speed-activated rear decklid spoiler, and dual exhaust outlets. The car rides on optional body-colored 17” Cup II wheels, which were refinished during the refurbishment in 2021. The hood was previously refinished to address stone chips, and the body seals, weatherstripping, trim pieces, and convertible top were replaced during the refurbishment. The seller notes that the car was kept in a climate-controlled garage during their ownership, and the full exterior is treated with ceramic coating. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
Inside, this Carrera features Midnight Blue partial leather (FJ) upholstery with matching carpets and floor mats. Amenities include power-adjustable front seats, a leather-wrapped four-spoke steering wheel, folding rear seatbacks, power windows, a central locking system, automatic climate control, cruise control, the HiFi Sound Package, and an upgraded Porsche Classic Communication Management (PCCM) head unit. The seller notes minor wear on the seats and carpets, and that the A/C blower cuts out intermittently when the car goes over bumps.
Featuring a VarioRam intake system, the air-cooled 3.6-liter M64 flat-six engine was factory-rated at 282 HP and 250 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a 6-speed manual transaxle. This 993 was factory-equipped with the optional P08 equipment group, which adds a limited-slip differential and Automatic Brake differential (ABD). The engine and transmission were removed for a complete engine reseal by Paul Miller Porsche in 2021, including new plug wires, drive belts, sound insulation, and a new clutch kit. The brakes and suspension were also refreshed during this time, and the car has been driven approximately 2,500 miles since.
This sale will include owner’s manuals, a toolkit, a spare tire, a tire inflator, service records, a Porsche Classic Technical Certificate, and a clean title.
The seller would like you to know: “The car has approximately 2500 miles since complete refurbishment in 2021. The car has been stored in a climate-controlled garage. It is ready to be enjoyed by the next owner for spirited drives along country roads.”

Thank you so much!
I would be willing to hold the car after purchase thru Oct 2025. It would be in a temp controlled garage at my home.
ok thank you.
So I must ask you whether this car can be stored in your house up to 10/2025 because of German rules to import a car from the US. Of course if I win and have payed the winning bit,

The date of manufacture is 10/95 I will try to post the door sticker .Unfortunately no stamped maintenance log book
Sorry, I forgot to ask: Is there a maintenance logbook with stamped service records?
Could you post it pls?
Could you please post a pic of the sticker on the driver's door or tell me the exact date of manufacture, which you can read in the top right corner of this sticker?
I refer you to Pcar market.com for the details concerning the bidding process.
Whar are the rules to bid for this car.
I purchased the car primarily for my wife. The car is not being driven as much as it should and she is happy with her Tesla model Y.. I have an older 911 that I’ve had for several years that gets driven frequently. I don’t have the time to drive two Carreras and my daily driver. additionally garage space is at a premium.
@cabriolet993. If I may ask, why sell only about a year of ownership on a car that was completely refurbished by a Porsche dealer? For those competitions the dealers do a lot of work to those cars. Right now Porsche North Houston is doing a 2004 Speed Yellow GT3. Thanks

I have not addressed that . Seems to happen inconsistently depending on how large of a bump ie speed bump you may drive over
Have you had a chance to see what the issue was with the AC and how easy of a fix it might be? Not a dealbreaker for sure but curious nontheless :)
