We are pleased to offer this 1996 Porsche 993 Carrera 4S finished in Arena Red Metallic over a Cashmere Beige leather interior. Introduced for the 1996 model year, the Carrera 4S featured an all-wheel-drive system along with the wide bodywork and styling of the Turbo model. A one-owner car, this C4S was originally leased by the seller in 1995 before it was eventually purchased in 1997. It has been diligently maintained throughout the years including a major engine-out service in 2020 and a rebuild of the power steering system in 2019. Now with approximately 86k miles showing on the odometer, this Carrera 4S is being offered for auction by its original owner out of Kansas.
This 4S is finished in Arena Red Metallic, one of the most recognizable shades of the 993 generation. Some minor dings and scratches are present throughout the exterior, and clear stone guards remain in place ahead of the rear wheels. The CARFAX report shows the vehicle to have been involved in a sideswipe collision in September of 2020, and the seller reports the passenger side rear quarter panel to have been professionally repaired and refinished as a result. This 993 rides on a set of 18” Turbo-look wheels with Porsche crest center caps and Pirelli P Zero tires showing date codes from 2017 in front and 2020 in the rear.
Inside, you will find a Cashmere Beige leather interior with optional supple leather seats. Features include power-adjustable front seats, a black leather dashboard, Carrera 4S logo floor mats, and an upgraded Alpine radio. The seller reports light wear on the driver’s seat and confirms all gauges and accessories to be fully functional.
This 993 is equipped with an air-cooled 3.6L flat-six Varioram engine that sends up to 282 HP to all four wheels through a 6-speed manual transmission. The seller reports that a major engine-out service was completed in 2020 including carbon cleaning and a complete reseal. The clutch was also reportedly replaced in 2019 along with a rebuild of the power steering system. CARFAX shows a long history of consistent service carried out by authorized Porsche dealers, namely Aristocrat Motor Co. and Porsche of Colorado Springs.

Good morning to all. The auction ends in less than 3 hours. We are available for any last minute questions about our 993. This car is a beauty and runs great! It will bring you much joy as you motor on down the highway or find some nice winding roads to test. Driving it on a track is so much fun, as well. I have found a few more service records, but please know that we had regular maintenance for the entire 25+ years that we have owned this car, and any major repairs are addressed in the service
history printout from Aristrocrat Porsche. The damage from a side swipe accident was repaired at an excellent body shop that we chose. We had planned to keep our 993 to pass on to our kids. It will be hard to let this baby go, but retirement calls, and we are slowing down. Going to play some golf and buy a fishing boat!

Hello, we are available to answer any questions. I want to let you all know that the title on this car is clear, no liens as of August 26, 2021.
Also, we will include 4 mounted winter tires with the sale. My husband always insisted on putting winter tires on our cars, and didn’t leave the 993 out. With all wheel drive and winter tires, this baby never skidded or got stuck if we were caught in winter weather. The shop where we had the tires switched out called our 993 “an amazing German snow mobile!”

@8pxCkr Hello. Thank you for your interest is our 993. We will answer every question as best we can. We are in the process of getting ready to move across country. My husband packed the service records I had set aside, so we can't find them right away. I contacted our service advisor at Aristocrat Porsche in Merriam, Kansas. He emailed me a comprehensive report that I highlighted and numbered each item that was repaired, replaced or serviced. My husband, a surgeon and perfectionist, had every issue addressed in a timely fashion. The accident noted did not leave the car undriveable. My husband drove it to the repair shop and left it there for the repairs.

@Sunny Good morning. Are you referring to picture number 35, and possibly 48? The switches on the left are rear window defogger, and fog lights. Then there is a space for the heated side mirrors, which is for the Cabriolet only (blank for the Coupe). Then there is the cigarette lighter, which I forgot to plug back in for the pictures. Please let me know if you have more questions.
In picture #36 there seems to be a place for a switch that is blank....between the vent to the left and what appears to be a light switch to the right. What would that be ?

The CarFax shows 3 owners, but we are the only owners. We leased the car first, then loved it so much we bought it. Then we put it into our family trust. One owner, I promise.
@letMeIn I don’t think so. The repairs were less than $900. It was mostly scratched. I have the repair invoice if you are interested.
