Regarded among the most desirable models of the final air-cooled Porsche generation, the Carrera 4S offers an all-wheel-drive system in the Turbo’s chassis and wider bodyshell while maintaining naturally aspirated performance. This launch-year example was originally delivered to Italy and joined the second owner's collection in Belgium in 2014 from which it was acquired by the seller. It comes finished in Polar Silver Metallic over a Midnight Blue interior and is optioned with a limited-slip differential, lowered suspension, supple leather seats, and a 6-speed manual gearbox from the factory. Having been recently imported and registered in the United States, this 993 is now being offered for auction by its seller out of North Carolina while showing just over 90k kilometers or approximately 56k miles on the odometer.
The wide bodywork of the 4S includes the Carrera’s speed-activated rear spoiler along with the Turbo’s fenders, side skirts, and front bumper. This Coupe is finished in Polar Silver Metallic and rides on 18” 911 Turbo wheels with “4S” logo center caps and new Michelin Pilot Sport tires. Other equipment includes European-spec side marker lights and clear corner lenses, dual exhaust outlets, a rear window wiper, headlamp cleaners, and “Big Red” brakes from the 911 Turbo. The seller states small imperfections have been touched up on the hood and front fender, detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The Midnight Blue includes an optional leather dashboard and door panels as well as 8-way power-adjustable front seats in supple leather upholstery. The driver is also provided with power windows and mirrors, a central locking system, automatic climate control, cruise control, an onboard computer, and an original Porsche CD stereo.
An air-cooled 3.6-liter flat-six engine provides up to 282 HP to each wheel by way of a 6-speed manual transmission and an optional limited-slip differential. An optional lowered suspension was equipped from the factory (033) and a Supersprint H-pipe exhaust kit has been installed which increases flow while eliminating the catalytic converters. The seller reports service completed in 2014 at 88,111km to have included a new clutch, brakes, spark plugs, ignition components, a roof seal, and more. The undercarriage was also professionally cleaned with dry ice blasting earlier in 2023.
This sale will include the original owner’s manuals and a clean title.

Hello everyone, I am here if you have any questions as we near the end of auction. Good luck
The 993 is such a sweet spot because I find that the cars are so well built and reliable that you can pretty much use them everyday but they still feel more raw and fun. I spent the last 5 days driving a 993 Turbo and I fell in love with it. Just posted a video about it

@Cozad1955 There are no engine light or any warning lights showing on this car. I understand that there may be an OBD II code showing regardless, but I do not know of any issues with this car.
I do not have an OBD II fault report.
@HedonMotors How about OBD II faults?
@Cozad1955 To my knowledge, DMEs are not available for air cooled porsche
Do you have a DME report and a read out on any OBD II faults ?

The engine has not had a top end re-build to my knowledge. There is also no sign of any issues with the engine.
Do you know if it's had a top end re-build to replace the valve guides?
