The Mitsubishi Fuso Canter is a line of light-duty commercial vehicles manufactured by Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation, part of Daimler Truck, a subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz Group. Manufactured since 1963, the Canter is named after the English word describing a horse's gait, highlighting the 'thoroughbred' nature of Mitsubishi trucks. This Japanese-market 1996 Mitsubishi Fuso Canter Guts offers an all-wheel-drive system and a 5-speed manual transmission.
