Celebrating the end of production for Chevrolet’s fourth generation (C4) Corvette, the Grand Sport was produced in a limited series of 1,963 examples in total and features a powerful LT4 V8 engine, black wheels, special trim, and a unique paint color with a contrasting top stripe. This Grand Sport is one of 810 coupes produced and was acquired from the second owner’s collection in 2022. Showing less than 1,500 miles on the odometer, this highly collectible Corvette Grand Sport is now being offered for auction out of Illinois.
The Grand Sport wears Admiral Blue Metallic paint with a white stripe down the top and two red hash marks on the left front fender. It also receives bright aluminum “Corvette” lettering on the brake calipers as well as black-painted 17” 5-spoke wheels. Other equipment includes a matching removable roof panel, black exhaust outlets, pop-up headlights, and rear fender flares specific to the Grand Sport model. This example is described to be exceptionally well preserved with the only non-original components being the Nitto tires from 2021. Additional images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
Inside, this Corvette features a black interior with special seat trim unique to the Grand Sport. Amenities include power windows and locks, automatic climate control, a digital speedometer, cruise control, a removable roof panel, heated electric mirrors, a leather-wrapped sport steering wheel, and a Delco-Bose CD/cassette stereo.
The Grand Sport showcases a naturally aspirated 5.7-liter LT4 V8 engine which produces up to 330 HP and 340 lb.-ft of torque. The rear wheels are driven through a ZF 6-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. The CARFAX report shows a service and inspection completed in 2021.
This sale will include the original owner’s manuals, a toolkit, a spare tire, and a clean title.
