Finished in Aventurine Green Metallic over a Marble Grey and Black full leather interior, this 1995 Porsche 993 Carrera Coupe was acquired by the seller as a rolling project car with no engine or transmission. The perfect basis for a restoration, electric conversion, or custom engine swap, this 993 is now being for auction by its seller out of Virginia.
This Coupe came factory-finished in the desirable color of Aventurine Green Metallic and rides on a set of original 17” Cup 2 wheels with colored center caps. The Bridgestone Potenza tires retain approximately half of their tread depth and show date codes from 2015 and 2017. Noted imperfections include minor cracks in the taillight lenses, some paint chips throughout the body, and a crack in the rear bumper near the exhaust outlet. The CARFAX report shows minor damage to the left front end in 2013 and the seller believes the front bumper may have been refinished as a result. The windshield is also said to have been replaced in 2012, detailed images are provided in the gallery along with the full CARFAX report.
The cabin is trimmed in Marble Grey and Black full leather upholstery including optional heated 8-way electrical seats in supple leather. Other factory features include an onboard computer, adjustable lumbar support, automatic speed control, a sound system, and an electric sunroof. Some wear is noted on the seating surfaces and the functionality of the gauges and accessories has not been confirmed.
This 993 originally carried an air-cooled 3.6-liter flat-six engine paired with a 6-speed manual transmission driving the rear wheels. The drivetrain and associated electronics have been removed; however, the car retains its brakes and suspension. Upgraded Bilstein HD struts have been installed and the control arms were replaced in 2009 along with the application of fresh undercoating.
This sale will include a clean title.

@4lo I’ve added videos of front, rear, and side window seals. Pcar should be adding them to the auction soon to be viewed!
@Mspohn unfortunately I bought it as a roller so I do not have the history on original drivetrain. Engine harness is gone, the body harness is still in car and intact! If you have any other questions let me know. Thanks!
@4lo I’ll get some pictures uploaded as soon as possible! Hopefully by end of day. Thank you for the bid
@ElijahKnapp757 - any history of what happened to the original powertrain? Is factory wiring still in place?
Bid in the amount of $18,000
@ElijahKnapp757 mainly around the front windshield seal and rear glass seal. Typically bottom corners. Pleasing back the seal slightly gives pretty good indication
@ElijahKnapp757 Didn’t realize I had to respond to each message separately.
Second part of my comment is to GermanFanatic252
Third part is to 4lo
@ManuFromParis wish you were local that would be a good option to bring this 993 back to life!
thanks for the bid! Hopefully you can bring this 993 home as your new project. If you’re local and would like to come check it out in person just let me know, I’m not far from the 252.
nothing I have noticed, if you comment a list of common areas aside from front and rear windshield I’ll get some close up pictures of all and add them to the listing for you!
Is the chassis rust free? No issues on the typical spots around front or rear windshield seas for example?
As if I need any more projects, would love to get my hands on a 993 this clean.
Bid in the amount of $12,000
Nice project car.
I happen to have a 993 engine with it's motronic and wire loom + a 964 G50 LSD gearbox for sale, located in Paris, France though.
:D

Thank you for the first bids starting it off!
I will be adding a walk around video tomorrow tomorrow. If anyone has any questions feel free to reach out or ask in the comments and I’ll do my best to answer them all, or if anyone interested is local you are more than welcome to come by and check it out in person!

Welcome everybody to my 1995 Porsche 911 auction!
Thanks to PCarMarket for making this happen and listing my vehicle!
I’m selling my roller project because I thought I would have time to put it together and source all the parts needed but unfortunately have not gotten around to it. I purchased it in December 2021 and have had it stored indoors since. The previous owner I purchased from also had it stored indoors for his ownership. It is a good driver quality vehicle and the pictures speak for itself! 993’s are getting harder to come by and this one is ready to be brought back to life! Would make a great example to be put back to factory, EV converted, or even swapped with another power plant. Bid with confidence and thank you all for looking and bidding!
