Available for auction is this 1995 Porsche 993 Carrera 4 Cabriolet finished in Black over a matching partial leather interior. It comes equipped with a 6-speed manual transmission that sends power to all four wheels along with factory 17” Cup 2 rims and heated power-adjustable front seats. After spending time with three prior owners in Colorado, Utah, and North Carolina, this uncommon 993 Cabriolet is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Washington showing approximately 131k miles on the odometer.
This 993 comes finished in Black (A1) with a matching replacement convertible soft top. The 17” Cup 2 Wheels are fitted with optional colored center crests and Goodyear Eagle GT tires from 2012. Compared to a standard Carrera, the all-wheel-drive Carrera 4 can be identified by its silver-painted brake calipers and matching rear model designation. The hood is said to have been previously refinished and some other imperfections have been touched-up throughout the exterior. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with paint meter readings and a clean CARFAX report.
The cabin is trimmed in black partial leather upholstery including matching carpets and heated power-adjustable front seats. An aftermarket stereo has been equipped and the seller notes only minor signs of wear and discoloration as well as stress on the dashboard.
This 993 is powered by an air-cooled 3.6-liter flat-six engine that produces up to 272 HP and 243 lb.-ft of torque, distributed to all four wheels through a 6-speed manual transmission. Since 2020, service has included the installation of a new windshield, new aftermarket convertible top, oil and filter change, air-conditioning recharge, and kinematic toe adjustment. Additional service history is provided on the CARFAX report and the seller states corresponding records will accompany the sale.
This sale will include a clean title.

I'm a little surprised there weren't more bidders on this one. Beautiful car, I guess convertibles are a bit harder to sell.

Have a black 96 C4 Cab with 123k on it. Second owner! Got it with 9k on it. Best car ever!!!

It's probably worth noting that due to excellent maintenance records and work done that this example leaks no fluids of any kind. If it were a Honda that wouldn't be much of a statement of course, but for a 27 year old air-cooled Porsche 911 that is saying something!
Here is a driving video I made today with this Porsche, so you can see full operation of the vehicle on a drive in mixed conditions. Thanks all!

@artichoke - Hello Bob, the soft top currently on this 993 was purchased and installed on April 17, 2020 at a total cost of $2622.50 (including all labor and parts). It is in great condition and operates normally. Please let me know if you have any other questions of course.

Excellent 993. Seems to be well taken care of. I’ll be watching this one closely
Hi,
How old is the convertible top? Any issues with the top operation?
Bob
Beautiful car. Looks really well sorted.
Here is a cold start video and partial walk around I made for the car today.

I am currently uploading photos of receipts, stereo accessories, and the key included with this 993 C4 Cabriolet.
Something that I feel is extremely important to note is that this Porsche is accompanied by $45,224 (rounding down slightly) in receipts across the years. It is a very noteworthy stack of receipts that includes the aforementioned things like the installation of a new windshield, new aftermarket convertible top, oil and filter change, air-conditioning recharge, and kinematic toe adjustment, but goes even further back in the history of this fine automobile and shows proof of a life being well cared for back through 2009.
Hello to all, and it's great to be back here on PCAR with an exciting Porsche 911. This example has tons of service records and, although I'd call it a driver quality car based on it's overall appearance, does also have a whole lot going for it.
As with all of our auctions, please know that you may use the Contact Seller feature to get in touch with me and make plans to come see the car in our Issaquah, WA dealership showroom. Please do understand that the upcoming 4th of July weekend does play into that a bit, but I'm here until this Thursday night and back on the evening of July 5th.
Let me know what questions you may have about the car, and I'll do my best to respond quickly and give you the information that you need. I definitely look forward to finding a great new custodian for this timeless 911.
