This 1995 Porsche 993 Carrera 4 Coupe is finished in Polar Silver Metallic and equipped with a 3.6-liter flat-six engine sending power to all four wheels through a 6-speed and an optional limited-slip differential. It received a recent investment of over $40k including a custom Aubergine leather and grey Alcantara interior as well as new paint, a resealed engine, a short shifter kit, ceramic coating, Bilstein shocks and struts, a custom exhaust, an upgraded sound system, and a host of refurbishments. This well-sorted and tastefully modified 993 is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Florida while showing approximately 172k miles on the odometer.
This 993 was recently refinished in its original color of Polar Silver Metallic and treated with an application of ceramic coating. New OEM headlights were installed along with a set of OEM 18” BBS Sport Classic wheels dressed in new front Michelin Pilot Sport and rear Continental Extreme Contact tires. Other equipment includes dual exhaust outlets, a speed-activated rear spoiler, a raised “basket handle” third brake light, an electric sunroof, power-adjustable mirrors, front fog lights, headlight washers, and silver brake calipers with white Porsche lettering. The seller indicates some rust bubbles are present on the lower passenger door. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The cabin has been completely redone with grey Alcantara and Aubergine leather upholstery along with matching houndstooth cloth seat centers and door panel inserts. Accessories include custom Recaro Sportster CS bucket seats, an Alcantara-wrapped MOMO Mod 07 steering wheel, Rennline aluminum floorboards, an aluminum Rennline shift knob, and a custom Alpine Bluetooth sound system with amplifiers, a subwoofer, and a Blaupunkt Bremen SQR 46 head unit. The seller notes that the air conditioning system has been refreshed and the door strikers have been replaced along with the sunroof seal and the hood release handle/cable.
An air-cooled 3.6-liter flat-six engine delivers up to 272 HP to all four wheels by way of a 6-speed manual transmission with an optional limited-slip and Automatic Braking Differential (ABD). An engine reseal was recently performed and the suspension has been lowered to European-spec ride height and fitted with new Bilstein BE5 shocks and struts. New OEM brakes have also been installed along with a a short shifter kit and a custom exhaust system.
This sale will include some documentation and a clean title.

Good Afternoon everyone,
The engine was rebuilt 2 years ago by an independent mechanic the current owner uses for his collection. We cannot guarantee the invoice will be uploaded before the auction is done as we are still waiting on it. But the engine reseal invoice will be included with the sale of the vehicle for the next owner.
Please let us know if we can answer any other last-minute questions.
Thank you

With 172K has the engine ever been rebuilt?
Hey, Do you have the service records for the engine rebuild? Don't think I saw it in the photo gallery.
Thanks

That's an odd place for 911s to rust. Usually you in front of the windshield on 993s
@AZCollector Nice catch, certainly calls into question what the previous condition of the vehicle, before it was made ‘100X’ better…
if rust is coming through within 2 years, you have to question the level of preparation done before the paint was applied. sorry to be negative but its always what you can't see that bites you.
@AZCollector Vehicle was repainted two years ago. The rust shown in the picture is something that recently developed. The rest of the cars paint can be viewed in the gallery and show no imperfections throughout.
We welcome and encourage any PPI’s.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
How long ago was the full repaint? And why is there rust on the door as pictured if the repaint was "recent" in the ad description?

Beautiful car. Who did the interior?
The owner of this car is one of those people who buys something and makes it 100 times better regardless of the budget, all his cars without exception are incredible, and he puts double effort into the interior, I had the opportunity to drive this 993 and in addition to Solid and trouble-free, the engine sound is simply delicious.
Another important fact about this car is the audio experience, nothing exaggerated, no more, no less, it is super pleasant to drive with a good song in the background.

Love the color combo. Polar silver is one of my favorite Porsche colors. You don’t see it often. Beautiful car!
