Available for auction is this 1995 Mercedes-Benz A124 E320 Cabriolet finished in Black over a tan leather interior. Between 1992 and 1997, approximately 12k hand-built cabriolet versions of the W124 E320 were produced, at a time considered to be a high point for Mercedes-Benz in terms of both engineering and build quality. This 1995 example was originally registered in Pennsylvania and spent time in Ohio, New York, and New Jersey before being acquired by the seller. It comes factory equipped with power-adjustable heated front seats, automatic climate control, cruise control, a power roll bar, and much more. It is now being offered for auction showing just over 62k miles on the odometer.
The E320 comes finished in Black (040) with contrasting gray bumpers, lower body cladding, and a power retractable cabriolet top in Black. The seller notes that the finish shows wear commensurate with age and use, and adds that the trunk may have been refinished at some point under previous ownership. Additional images can be found in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report. Details include headlight washers and wipers, a power antenna, and 15″ eight-hole alloy wheels dressed in a set of Hankook tires.
The four-seat cabin is upholstered in tan leather and is accented by burl-wood trim on the dashboard, center console, and door panels. Amenities include a power roll bar, automatic climate control, cruise control, power-adjustable front seats with driver’s position memory, heated front seats, a power-adjustable steering column, an active bass loudspeaker sound system with a trunk-mounted CD changer, a wind deflector, and a glass rear window with defrost. The seller confirms that all gauges, electronics, and accessories remain functional except for the power antenna.
Power comes from an M104 3.2 L inline 6-cylinder engine which produced up to 217 HP when new. The rear wheels are driven by way of a 4-speed automatic transmission. The CARFAX includes 12 service history records dating back as far as 2001, with most service having been carried out through Mercedes-Benz of Southampton. The seller states there are currently no outstanding maintenance items.
This sale will include owner's literature and a clean title.
