Representing the first official generation of the E-Class, the W124 ushered in a new era of design and technology for Mercedes-Benz, with a focus on safety, build quality, and fuel efficiency. Offered at no reserve, this 1995 E300 Diesel is finished in Polar White over a Grey leather interior and is equipped with a 3.0-liter diesel inline-six paired with a four-speed automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential. It was acquired by the seller from the original owner, who is said to have owned a Mercedes-Benz dealership. The vehicle spent the majority of its life in New Hampshire before being relocated to Florida, where it was reported to have received a recent inspection and full service by a high-end specialist shop. Showing approximately 76k miles on the odometer, this 300E Diesel is now being offered at auction by the seller located in Florida.
The Bruno Sacco-designed exterior is finished in Polar White (149U) with light grey lower body cladding. Details include front fender vents, a panoramic mono windshield wiper, ribbed tail light lenses, fog lights, headlight wipers, and a power antenna. The seller reports very minor wear on the exterior from age, detailed images are provided in the gallery along with paint meter readings and a clean CARFAX report. The 15” eight-hole machined finish wheels are mounted with older Michelin Exalto all-season tires.
The interior features Grey (268) leather upholstery, with power-adjustable and heated front seats, matching door panels, and matching carpeting. Zebrano wood trim lines the dashboard, center console and door panels. Amenities include a power sunroof, automatic climate control, rear headrests, full power accessories, a Mercedes-Benz branded AM/FM/Cassette radio, an active bass loudspeaker audio system, a leather-wrapped steering wheel and shifter, and heat insulating glass. The seller notes some blemishes on the Zebrano wood trim on the center console.
The 300E Diesel is powered by a naturally-aspirated 3.0L OM606 diesel inline-six that was offered only on US-version models for 1995. Up to 134 horsepower and 155 ft-lb of torque are sent to the rear wheels through a 4-speed automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential. The seller reports a recent maintenance inspection and full service was carried out in anticipation of the sale by a foreign car specialist in Pompano Beach, Florida.
This sale will include 2 keys and owner’s manuals.

@nobrakes thank you for pointing that out. We did not realize the Carfax report did not upload. We are adding now. GLWTA
The CARFAX has been added to the listing gallery.
is there supposed to be a link to the carfax report?
@nobrakes I don’t have a definitive answer as to why the trunk emblem is not there, however the trunk is the original oem that came with the car. I personally debadge my MB’s its the style I prefer. Maybe the previous owner did the same. The car was owned by the owner of an MB dealership since new. Thanks for the interest in our auction!
Maybe I missed it, but why are the trunk badges missing?

@mad_max Good evening and happy Sunday! Sorry my reply was a bit delayed today as I had a family event but finally home relaxing. The little trim under the headlight wipers does in fact have tiny road chips as the car was definitely enjoyed by the single owner since new. As to the front plate bracket hole, this is a plug for the engine block heater. This is a must on any older Diesel engines in a colder climate like New England in the winters. Please let me know if you have any other questions I am happy to answer. Thanks for your interest and bid away! This auction is no reserve!
@pinnacleimportsboston @BrabusBoston are those tiny rocks chips where the headlamp wiper arm is? And also what’s the big hole in the license plate bracket?
@nobrakes thank you for your interest. Undercar pics are going to be posted Monday morning. It’s the soonest the shop can get it on a lift. I appreciate everyones patience on the undercarriage pics.

@elypsyo AC and heat fully functioning as they should be. I will upload a video today showing the climate control blowing. Thanks for your interest
@jtwoods4 I will do my best to get the shop to get it on a lift for me asap. I have to wait for availability but I’m sure it won’t be long. Will post pics as soon as we get them back. Thanks !
Is the A/C and Heat fully functional? Could we get videos of the car swapping between climate modes?
Since this car is from the Northeast would you mind posting several detailed photos of the undercarriage. A lot of cars from the northeastern United States suffer from severe rust and corrosion and it would be helpful to see the undercarriage pictures.
@BATLP640 Good evening thank you for your interest, and excellent observation. I had someone touch the car a few minutes ago and you are correct unfortunately. While the car was sitting in our shop for the inspections and service , the Florida heat has caused the headliner to sag a bit. This is a common issue in South Florida. I apologize not noting the issue, as it truly occurred while in our shop after acquisition. The car is absolutely beautiful inside and out for the age and originality. Thanks and glwta !
Hello! i was looking at the one shot of interior and it looks like the headlner is sagging. Please confirm? thank you
