Finished in Nero over tan Connolly leather, this 1995 Ferrari F355 Spider features a gated 6-speed manual transmission paired with its mid-mounted V8 engine. Benefitting from previous engine-out and belt services, this Ferrari shows just over 37k miles on the odometer and is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Massachusetts.
The Pininfarina-designed bodywork is finished in Nero (1240) with a matching black convertible soft top. Equipment includes pop-up headlights, optional Scuderia fender shields, integrated fog lights, an integrated rear spoiler, quad exhaust outlets, and black brake calipers with white Ferrari lettering. The seller notes some paint wear on the fender shields, detailed images are available in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report. The silver 18” five-spoke wheels are mounted with Pirelli P-Zero tires from 2008.
The interior is upholstered in tan Connolly leather with a matching lower dashboard, door panels, and carpeting contrasted by a black upper dashboard and leather steering wheel. The center console features climate and lighting controls, a crossed flag emblem, and a gated manual shifter with a polished metal ball and lever. Details include an F355 badge on the passenger-side dashboard, drilled aluminum pedals, Ferrari-branded door sill guards, chrome-ringed Veglia instrumentation, and auxiliary gauges in the center stack for fuel level and coolant temperature. An aftermarket Pioneer flip-out radio has been fitted, and the seller reports some separation of the upper section of the dashboard as well as some wear atop of the steering wheel.
The F355 is equipped with a 3.5L 40-valve F129B V8 factory rated at 375 HP and 268 lb.-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a 6-speed manual transaxle and limited-slip differential, which allows acceleration from 0-60 MPH in approximately 4.5 seconds and a top speed of 182 MPH. Records provided by the seller show replacement of the ignition switch and coolant expansion tank in 2005 and an engine-out service in 2008 with a new clutch and rebuilt flywheel as well as replacement of the cam seals and timing belt. Another timing belt service was completed in 2013 along with the installation of new engine and transmission mounts, drive belts, and fuel lines.
This sale will include a clean title and maintenance records.

videos taken today
Two driving videos posted. One of backroads and one with highway
Can anyone comment on possible reasons that the fuel gauge would have been moved to the clock position and the clock would be removed?

@jbouras71 best of luck with the sale.
@rkdinuzzo I'm not here to argue. No red flags at all. Wish you could come down and test drive it yourself. It easy to look from the outside. I'm commenting at 830 in the morning. We open at 9 and don't stop till we close at 7 (usually later in the business)
@jbouras71 What does that have to do with the requested information? It's pretty basic to take these types of videos and provide requested receipts, and saying you don't have time because you're too busy is a huge red flag.
@rkdinuzzo Car is in great shape cosmetically and mechanically. Located in the showroom at all times. We are an extremely busy dealership and I wish I could dedicate all my time to PCAR MARKET etc. Please check out our website and you can see that we have extremely high end vehicles. Our finance director has personally driven this vehicle on three occasions and has stated that this vehicle is his favorite by far. Top down, Radio off and the sound of a vintage Ferrari to guide you. Thanks and good luck to all the bidders
So has the seller completely ignored all of the requests for information and additional videos? Shame, as I'd be a bidder if the seller was more responsive on those points.

15. I note this car has been for sale by you since last year. Has it been kept inside or outside?
@hf90f The listing description has been updated.

11. The listing mentions an analog clock among the center gauges, but I do not see it on the dashboard. Is it included with the sale?
The F355 has a Tubi exhaust from the header back. The header is also Tubi

Hello, can you tell us is when was its most recent engine out service performed. I see engine dropped as you need to for just about anything on these cars. Have the belts been replaced? and has there been any work done on the manifolds.
Hello potential bidders and fans. We appreciate you taking a peak. Any questions or comments will be responded to. Thank you for your interest.
