Ferrari’s flagship mid-engine sports car of the late 1990s, the F355 offered Pininfarina-designed bodywork and Ferrari’s first 5-valve V8 engine which boasted the highest horsepower-to-displacement ratio of any production car at the time. This 1995 Ferrari F355 Berlinetta comes finished in Blu Chiaro over Cream Connolly leather upholstery and equips a gated 6-speed manuals transmission as well as 18” magnesium wheels, a Challenge-style rear grille, and a full Tubi Style exhaust system with headers. It was acquired by its owner in 2008 and underwent a recent engine-out service, clutch replacement, and new tires. Showing approximately 30k miles on the odometer, this F355 is now being offered for auction by its seller out of New Mexico while showing approximately 30k miles on the odometer.
The F355 was designed by Maurizio Corbi at Pininfarina and features distinctive flying buttress rear pillars, a vented engine cover, an integrated rear spoiler, side air intakes, pop-up headlamps, and quad exhaust outlets. This Berlinetta is finished in Blu Chiaro and includes a mesh Challenge-style rear grille and factory 18” 5-spoke magnesium wheels that were mounted with new Bridgestone Potenza tires in 2021. The seller indicates minor cosmetic damage was sustained to the front hood in 2022 and was subsequently refinished along with the front bumper cover and lower valence. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The cabin features Cream Connolly leather upholstery complemented by blue carpeting and a black dashboard with a matching leather-wrapped steering wheel. The lower door panels have been custom painted in the exterior color and integrated with upgraded speakers along with a matching subwoofer enclosure between the seats. The sound system has also been paired with an amplifier and an aftermarket radio. Other accessories include drilled aluminum pedals and a matching passenger footrest, a gated shifter assembly with a polished gear lever, power windows and door locks, and automatic climate control. The seller notes the sticky original buttons have been replaced during their ownership.
The mid-mounted Tipo F129 B/C 3.5-liter DOHC V8 features a 5-valve cylinder head, titanium connecting rods, and dry-sump lubrication. It has been upgraded with a Tubi Style exhaust system including headers and Hyperflow catalytic converters. A factory-rated output of 375 HP and 275 lb.-ft of torque is sent to the rear wheels by way of a 6-speed manual gearbox and a limited-slip differential. An engine-out service was completed in 2022 including new timing belts, hoses, and fluids. The clutch was also replaced under current ownership along with the drivetrain mounts, upgraded OE radiator cooling fans, and CV boots.
This sale will include service records, owner’s manuals, a toolkit, a workshop manual, and a clean title.
The seller would like you to know: “Thank you for visiting my auction. I have owned this rare spec Blu Chiaro over Crema 6-speed Berlinetta for 15 years. All maintenance is up to date and the car runs and drives very nicely. I am only selling the car because I am done enjoying it and I need the space.”

@dhalperin13 As per the ad, the buyer will receive a three ring notebook of the service invoices, the original owners manual, and a reprint of the service manual. I will email you a copy the redacted recent engine out from Carobu, and the clutch rebuild from Scuderia Rampante. Thank you.

@MrF40 Very nice presentation of what seems to be a beautiful and well maintained 355.
You mentioned that the car has been serviced at Scuderia Rampante and Carobu. Do you maintain these records and if so, can you please post them? I’ll send a DM with my email if that is easier / more efficient.

@mirabeau488 I do not have any images any longer, I sent the only know pic to a prospective buyer at the time Matt Andrews. The damage was smaller than the size of a quarter. My mechanic dropped something on the car while he had it for the major.
Appreciate the quick response & answers. Still curious about any pre-repair images (hood, front valence). Is it possible to share here or DM?
FWIW, I previously owned a '95 F355 6-speed (yellow/black) for ~7.5 years and have always thought of this era as "sexy".
@mirabeau488 I am sorry I do not fully understand where Carfax gets their data, so I cant justify it. The car has always been kept in my personal garage. I live in the Southwest where it is fairly arid. I maintain a number of vehicles including other Fcars and I drive them to events when I have the time and inclination. The car has never been out of service, nor has there ever been an issue starting the car under my ownership. In regards to the headers, both the description and Picture 75 show the new Tubi Headers installed on the car. I never tested the stock headers, as they were replaced proactively. The brake system has been maintained regularly with fluid changes including during the last major. The discs all around have been visually inspected and appear as new without scoring or grooving. The parking brake was recently serviced. I think the current pads have less than 8k mi on them all the way around. Minor and Major services to the vehicle were performed by Scuderia Rampante and Carobu. Regarding the shocks, I bought a set of Challenge shocks but never installed them on the car because the shocks are in good order showing no evidence of leaking. I have started and driven the car at least once a month for the last 15 years. This keeps all seals lubricated and in good shape. I dont really even use a battery tender.
@Actfsu The door panels are original, not aftermarket. What was added by the PO was the speakers and the body colored door cards. If you send me your email by direct message I can send you some images from my phone. Yes, the subwoofer was removed, along with all ancillaries. Pictures 67-69 clearly show that the subwoofer was removed leaving no evidence it was ever there. In fact the sub lifted out of the car in 2 minutes. It was fairly clever how it was installed and held in place by gravity. Clean install. Cleaner outstall.
I hit "send" prematurely.
- Are images available of the damages (prior to being fixed)?
- Who did the repairs?
- Where was the major service (and minor services, for that matter) performed?
Concur with prior posters - lovely spec! A few questions for the seller:
- The provided CarFax (images 83 & 84) indicate gap from 6/30/2014 to 8/11/2021. Also, from 8/6/2013, it seems only ~300 miles were added on the ODO? Can you provide information here - any reason the was the car not driven at all? What were storage conditions (climate-controlled facility)?
- Have the exhaust headers ever been replaced and/or inspected for "cracks"?
- Have the shocks ever been replaced?
- When was the last brake service and did it include rotors?
Thanks in advance!
In the video, around the 1:40 mark, there is a sun between the seats. However in the listing photos I don’t see that.
Was that uninstalled?
Can you provide pictures of that and closer ups of the aftermarket door panels?
Incredible spec

@Longshot46 Everything that is for sale in this auction is as described in the listing and photos. Thank you.
Hi, is the original blue rear taillight cover included in the sale? Thank you...
@jbauto Thank you! It is certainly a rare and impressive spec. I go to a lot of F Club events Nationally and Ive yet to encounter a twin.
@Montegue The toolkit is a replacement for the original that was missing when I bought the car. And no, there are no areas of water damage.
The leather case in the frunk seems to have water damage, have the seals in that area weathered, or is there any other areas of water damage?
Nice Spec!
