One of 780 examples produced for the model year, this 1995 Acura NSX-T was purchased by the seller about 4 years ago and underwent an extensive custom build. The car was fitted with a custom widebody kit, aerodynamic upgrades, and was refinished in the modern Acura color of Curva Red. The 3.2-liter V6 engine was rebuilt, blueprinted, and balanced by HQ Engineering and features a Science of Speed water-cooled supercharger, camshafts, Type-A forged pistons, a 75mm throttle body, Comptech headers, a Pride Exhaust V2 cat-back exhaust system, and AEM Infinity engine management with a custom E85 Flex Fuel tune. It drives the rear wheels through a rebuilt 5-speed manual transmission with an RPS twin carbon fiber clutch, a Wavetrac limited-slip differential, and a MITA short shifter. The interior has been completely redone, featuring black leather and Alcantara upholstery, red stitching, custom JDM DC2 bucket seats, carbon fiber trim pieces, Sabelt safety harnesses, and a custom iD4 NSX digital dash. The car is also equipped with a Brembo big brake kit, BC coilovers, Stanceparts Cup Kit air suspension, a ’91 Accord power steering upgrade, and Rays TE37 SAGA+ wheels in bronze. A no-expense-spared custom build with a substantial upgrade in performance, this modified NSX-T is now being offered for auction out of California.
Upon the seller’s purchase, the car was disassembled, thoroughly cleaned with dry ice, and refinished in the 2017 Acura color of Curva Red. It features custom bodywork including Pride Group widebody fenders, a VIS Racing carbon fiber Type R hood, Pride Group carbon fiber side vents and rear spats, a Downforce front air dam and TCRC side skirts, a customized Marga Hills carbon fiber diffuser, an APR Performance carbon fiber GT-300 spec wing, and a custom APR carbon fiber splitter. Other modifications include GANADOR Factory Hydro Dip NSX mirrors, Downforce carbon fiber window garnish, a black front Honda emblem, and custom 1 of 2 JDM LED taillights with a black Honda logo. The car rides on bronze-finished Rays TE37 SAGA+ wheels measuring 17”x9” in front and 18”x10.5” at the rear with Toyo R888R tires. New NSX door handles and window trim were installed by the current owner, and the full exterior is preserved by Rhino Shield paint protection film. Detailed images are provided in the gallery, along with a CARFAX report showing minor front-end damage in 2019.
The cabin has been redone with custom black leather and Alcantara upholstery accented by red stitching and cloth inserts on the door panels and JDM DC2 bucket seats. Accessories include a black leather MOMO steering wheel with red stitching, Euro Boutique carbon fiber center dash panel and door inserts, red Sabelt safety harnesses, a Honda Acura OEM NSX leather shift knob with red stitching, and a custom iD4 NSX digital dash with carbon fiber trim. The car also features power windows and mirrors, air conditioning, a touchscreen Pioneer head unit, upgraded speakers, and a hidden subwoofer.
The 3.2-liter V6 engine has been completely rebuilt, balanced, and blueprinted by HQ Engineering. The following modifications were made and provide an output of 500 HP and over 360 lb-ft of torque at the rear wheels:
The rear wheels are driven through a rebuilt 5-speed manual transmission with an RPS twin carbon fiber clutch, a Wavetrac limited-slip differential, and a MITA short shifter. Stopping power comes from a Brembo big brake kit featuring 2-piece floating rotors. The suspension has been modified with BC coilovers and a Stanceparts Cup Kit air suspension. A ’91 Accord power steering upgrade was also installed along with new inner and outer tie rods. The seller notes that all invoices for the car’s build are thoroughly documented in an itemized Excel spreadsheet.
This sale will include a clean title, a battery trickle charger, the original hood, seats, mirrors, brakes, dashboard, and other miscellaneous items in boxes.
The seller would like you to know: “First, it was an experience of a lifetime building my NSX. Had this build in my head since the NSX first out. A lot of blood, sweat, and tears went into my NSX. Second, I had a great time winning car shows, driving to Cars & Coffee, and making new friends in the NSX community. Friends asked why I was selling the NSX. It's simple: getting ready to retire and need the proceeds of the sale for the next adventure. A little hint.... I can't get all the grandkids in the NSX, so it is time to sell. Good luck, everyone!”

@cbeitel67657 ... NSX IS NOT smog legal in CA however everyone has friends/family in NV/AZ and other states that do allow registration from a distance. Currently my NSX is registered at my house in AZ.
Thanks for the question and Good luck!
Sorry for the comment, saw your response below. GLWA!
Beautiful NSX. Seems like a CA car, can it pass smog? Certificate included with sale?

@nsxcar ... Good question! Yes it will as the existing trunk is stock just with the wing mounted to it. The body shop did such an awesome job that it looks OEM+.
Thank you, happy you like the build. Oh yeah, the car is a lot of fun to drive and turns heads all the time. Reason for the sale, I have 4 grandkids and they all can't fit in the NSX. With the proceeds I hope to get a boat.
Good luck!
Bid in the amount of $65,000
This may sound silly, but would a standard trunk lid fit with all the modifications that have been done. Car is beautiful, but I’m too old to have a spoiler like that. Totally awesome build, could be a lot of fun.

@Suprawhore ... please check out the attached build spreadsheet. I know I WILL NOT get nowhere near that amount but a fair bid will win my NSX. Good luck!
@Allsteel1 ... yes there is a reserve price. Please look at the Spreadsheet attached to see the total for this build. Rest assured, the reserve price is "NO WHERE" near that total. Good luck!
Is there a reserve set on this or is it a no reserve auction?

@Autotrend ... Yes, you are correct. Please note, this question was asked earlier by @Doorman, please see below. Sorry for the confusion.
Here's the response given earlier:
- I just spoke with HQ Engineering to confirm, they bored the engine to 3.1+ to match the new larger pistons.-
I hope this helps clarify your concerns. Good luck!
you say the motor is a 3.2. in1995 all nsx cars came with a 3.0 motor. the vin on your car says NAI. that is the designation for the 3.0 motor. if the vin said NA2 then it was born with the 3.2 motor (1997-2005). can you please further explain?
@Guiderent13 ... Good question. The "carbon fiber scoop" in rear Lexan window is 100% functional. It allows cool air to flow into the engine bay. The rear Lexan window also has a carbon fiber frame and it was acquired from ATR Racing out of Austria. Thank you and happy you like the build. Good luck!
The air scoop on the glass. Does it actually function or a just for looks. I could not tell from the pictures. Description said garnish so just wondering. it is a beautiful build well done.

@Doorman ... great question. The car has been tuned to run on e85 OR 91 and higher octane. Good luck!
@RacerX24 - E85 is scarce by me and I will need to store the car sometimes. Can it run off of E85 and 93 or would it need a retune for 93? Thanks
Good question. I saw the same report before hand and that was the first thing I checked. Previous owner said, the bumper was cracked and paint was damaged, just superficial. So, just to make sure, I had the front end inspected and they saw no damage. Plus, knowing I would be upgrading the entire body and paint it wasn't a big concern for me.
I just spoke with HQ Engineering to confirm, they bored the engine to 3.1+ to match the new larger pistons.
Thanks for the questions and happy you like my build. Good luck!
To Seller, any info on the front end accident? Also, 95 still comes with a 3.0 engine from factory, was it a typo or was the engine increased to 3.2 during the rebuilt?
thanks, very nicely done btw, love it!
