Up for auction is this nicely-appointed 1995 Porsche 993 Carrera Cabriolet. Offering an open-air driving experience coupled with visceral air-cooled power, this Carrera represents the perfect opportunity for anyone looking to get behind the wheel of a classic 911. With over $8k in maintenance performed this month, this Carrera is being offered in great condition by its seller in Florida with approximately 69k miles showing on the odometer.
The Grand Prix White finish on this 993 is stated to be in excellent condition with only one minuscule chip on the driver’s door as outlined in the photo gallery. Detailed images of the entire exterior are also provided with recent paint meter readings. The cabriolet top was replaced this month along with a handful of new rubber seals and trim pieces. This 993 rides on factory 17" Cup I wheels which come dressed in an older set of Fuzion ZRi tires.
This 993’s cabin is finished in Tan leather. The interior is said to be in great shape with the only modification consisting of an upgraded Alpine head unit. All electronics are in working condition including the factory cabriolet top. It is clear when viewing the gallery photos that this 993 was very well taken care of.
This Carrera is equipped with an air-cooled 3.6 L flat-six engine rated at approximately 270 HP and 243 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a Tiptronic 4-speed transmission making for a factory claimed 0-60 time of approximately 5.5 seconds. This 993 is reported to be in excellent driving condition. Just this month, over $8k was spent on bringing this Carrera to top-running condition.
