The 1994 Alfa Romeo Spider Veloce Commemorative Edition represents the final production year of the Spider in North America, with only 190 units produced. This limited edition features exclusive badges, upgraded interior materials, and distinctive paint and trim options. Based on the Series 4 Spider, it is equipped with a 2.0-liter inline-four engine and a 5-speed manual transmission. This example is finished in Verde Inglese with a Beige leather interior and is currently available for auction in California, with under 69k miles showing on the odometer.
The exterior revisions of the fourth and final Alfa Romeo Spider, introduced in 1991, include a redesigned front bumper, restyled headlights, new side skirts, a revised rear bumper, and flush-mounted door handles. This Spider Veloce Commemorative Edition is finished in Verde Inglese with a black manual-folding soft top and features edition-specific emblems and 15” wheels. Some paint imperfections are noted, along with a ding on the passenger’s side rear quarter panel and delamination and misalignment of the trunk lid emblems. Detailed images and a clean CARFAX report are provided in the gallery.
Inside, the driver is situated with Beige leather upholstery complemented by black accents along the dashboard, steering wheel, and door panels. Commemorative Edition-specific elements include wood trim, a numbered plaque affixed to the dashboard, and an air conditioning system. An aftermarket Alpine CD player has been installed. Additional features include power windows and door mirrors, pivoting quarter windows, and a power-operated antenna. Some signs of wear are noted.
Power comes from a 2.0-liter inline-four engine generating as much as 120 HP and 117 lb.-ft of torque stock. The rear wheels are driven through a 5-speed manual transmission. In October 2020, the engine oil and filter, coolant, transmission fluid, differential fluid, brake fluid, and clutch fluid were changed, and the belts, battery, fuel filter, spark plugs, spark plug wires, brake master cylinder, brake hoses, clutch master cylinder, and clutch arm pivot were replaced.
Included in the sale are two sets of keys, the owner’s manual, window sticker, service records, certificate of authenticity, Spider press kit, CarDisc DVD, factory cassette player, factory 12-disc CD changer, spare parts (shown in the gallery), tonneau cover, cabin cover, and dashboard cover.

Beautiful car. Curious how the A/C works currently? Not a worry just assuming at this age it might need new hoses and charging.
