This 964 C2 was sold new in West Chester, PA back in 1993. By 2003, the car found its way into the hands of the second/current owner. With 85k miles that are well-documented by Carfax, it is now being offered in excellent running condition at NO RESERVE.
The very straight and solid body is finished in Amazon Green paint from the factory. The patina on this car will be adored by some, while others will want to use this as an excellent candidate for a cosmetic refreshening. There are some areas of paint fading, chips, and scratches that are outlined in detail in the photo gallery. The original wheels are in excellent condition and the tires have a nice amount of remaining tread.
The interior is completely intact and presents well, however, there is some wear and tear. As shown in the gallery as well as disclosed by the seller, the passenger airbag spontaneously deployed one morning on a cold start. There was no accident as claimed by the seller. Other items to note are some hairline cracks in the dash, typical 964 gauge peeling, non-working A/C and radio, wear on driver’s seat bolster and shift knob. The carpet and headliner are in excellent condition and the sunroof and windows are in excellent working order.
This 964 has its original 3.6L M64 engine with 247hp that is connected to a 5-speed manual transmission. The engine is reported to be in excellent running condition. A $3200 service including spark plugs was carried out within the past 10 months by Werks 1 Porsche specialty shop in Sea Cliff, NY. As seen in the driving videos, the motor sounds strong and healthy. The clutch was also reported to be replaced in the not too distant past.
The sale will include a clean Carfax, recent service receipts, owners manual, spare tire, air compressor, and tool roll.

@ZubinK I'm sure Dave from Werks will do this regardless. getting it done this week though is completely dependent on when he can get the car into his shop. He usually has about a week plus schedule of bookings. I'm not sure about the "sticker" being exposed to moisture but I know Werks had repaired a drain that was clogged.
With regards to the a/c would that shop be able to honor the warranty before the winning bidder picked up the car? Also had there been any water damage because the white sticker under the hood seems to be really moldy any insight as to why the white sticker with the options is in such poor condition
@danomight56 looks like a fun car
@AirCooledLife yes I have saved years of service records. The car has been exclusively worked on for the past few years by Werks specialty shop. Air cooled masters!!

@2mAn the hvac control was removed and rebuilt last year. It recently stopped but is still under warranty so needs to be reserviced by Werks. AC was working strong and cold very recently
Hows the A/C?
@ellE12 it still looks great but agreed that paint would be an awesome addition
@jk356 I don’t but surely can get. There is NO rust and it’s been pampered. It’s brought into Werks specialty shop as soon as anything asks for attention
@drjoe356 agreed this is a solid car that is mechanically strong and runs like a dream!
@Chrispr7 zero rust!
Any rust???
Perfect candidate for a RUF RCT Evo conversion!
