In celebration of the 30th anniversary of their flagship sports car, Porsche produced the 911 30 Jahre “Jubilee” Edition, which was based on a 964 Carrera 4 Coupe featuring the widebody shell of the 911 Turbo. The car also came in exclusive paint options unique to only the "Jubi" -- such as this example in Viola Metallic, a new color specially created by Porsche for the 964 Jubi. The car also features a special order Rubicon Grey full leather interior, which was also specially created for the 964 Jubi. However, the 964 Jubi was produced in a limited series of only 911 examples and the model was never offered in North America. As a true "Rest of World" (RoW) car, only a handful of examples exist in the United States. Interestingly, this rare 1993 example is also numbered #006 and is therefore among the first handful of Jubilee cars to be built. It was imported to the U.S. in 2022 from Germany where it had been cared for by two prior owners and upgraded with a limited-edition Walter Röhrl LM-220 powerkit produced by Cartronic. Having recently undergone a two-stage paint correction and regular service, this rare, original paint 964 Jubi is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Texas with a clean title and showing approximately 91.5k kilometers (56k miles) on the odometer.

Designated by internal production code M096, the 30th Anniversary Carrera 4 Coupe features wide fenders and bumpers borrowed from the 911 Turbo as well as 17” Cup Design wheels and a special “911 30 Jahre” badge on the rear decklid. This example is finished in the rare color of Viola Metallic (W8) and comes equipped with an optional electric sunroof, a headlight cleaning system, and a rear window wiper. Other features include European-spec bumpers and side marker lights, front fog lights, a heated rear window, power-adjustable mirrors, and a speed-activated rear spoiler. The seller notes a full paint correction was carried out in preparation for sale and the paint remains original. The tires are also recommended for replacement due to age. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with paint meter readings.

Inside, the driver is greeted by a hand-stitched Rubicon Grey full leather interior including heated and power-adjustable seats, a four-spoke steering wheel, and matching carpets. Other accessories include power windows, a central locking system, automatic climate control, an onboard computer, driver and passenger airbags, a locking glovebox, a quartz clock, an aftermarket CD stereo, and a velour luggage compartment lining. A special plaque is also mounted behind the rear window which reads the car’s limited-edition production number. All gauges and accessories are said to remain fully functional.

This 964 is equipped with an air-cooled 3.6-liter flat-six engine that delivers power to all four wheels by way of a 5-speed G50 manual transaxle. The car has been fitted with a limited-edition Walter Röhrl LM-220 powerkit by Cartronic which is claimed to provide an output of 300 HP with the addition of a carbon fiber air box, a pre-assembled mass airflow and temperature sensor, an enlarged throttle body, and an optimized DME engine module. The seller notes extensive service records and German TUV documentation are included. Leakdown results have also been provided which show less than 5% on all cylinders, indicating the motor is in excellent condition.

This sale will include owner’s manuals, a toolkit, a spare tire, an air pump, documentation, and a clean title.

The seller would like you to know: “This limited Edition 1993 Porsche 911 (964) Carrera 4 Widebody "30 Jahre" Jubilee edition is number #006, among the first handful of examples to roll off the line in celebration of the 30th anniversary of the Porsche 911. Painted especially in Viola Metallic and sporting a special order, full leather interior in Rubicon Grey, it remains in amazingly original factory condition with 100% original paint (according to paint meter readings). To find such an original example of this RoW-only model is almost impossible to find 30 years after it was launched. I hope it goes to a good home and a passionate Porsche enthusiast who will serve as its next steward.”

    @Sunny Thank you! It really is a special car and the most fun 964 I have ever owned. Even non-car people go out of their way to make positive comments whenever they see it. Beauty is beauty.

    @ErikG Thanks Erik. You and I have exchanged numerous emails about your car and I simply love it. (I am the Rob that has been in communication with you the past several weeks).

    @Erikg

    Your comments on the Rhorl power kit impact on this car’s performance and sound seem on point based on my experience with the 997 Club Coupe and the 993 C2S both of which have the X-51 power kit.

    Perhaps this power kit makes this already special car a unicorn.

    GLWTA!

    @SpartyRob84 As you can see from the recent sale of a similar Jubi with less miles on a rival site, it is definitely worth the fight! (That car went to a Mr. Seinfeld, I am told. He has good taste!)

    This is an original paint example that you can still drive at fifty-thousand something miles without guilt of adding to museum mileage, but not a 80k+ mile example whose best days are likely behind it (without a lot of restoration work and $$$).

    Lastly, the Walter Röhrl powerkit really does make a difference. If I have ever heard any complaint about the 964 it's that it lacked enough punch at only 250hp. While the factory did not offer a powerkit on NA cars until the X51 package on the 993 a few years later, this probably comes as close as to what you could hope for (matching the 300hp of an 993 X51). It really makes the car move and sound glorious at the top of the rev range. I don't think old Walter would have put his name on it if not.

    Anyway, please lmk if you have any questions and I'll be happy to answer them. Happy Bidding!
