Styled by famed designer Bruno Sacco, the Mercedes-Benz W124 300-Class was introduced in 1986 and lauded for its comfort, performance, and technology. The C124 Coupe version was released in 1988, featuring a short-wheelbase chassis with steeper raked windscreens for a sleek and aerodynamic profile. Finished in Black over a matching leather interior, this highly-original 1993 example was recently purchased from its original owner and is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Florida showing just over 65k miles on the odometer.
The exterior is finished in Black (040U) with contrasting grey lower body cladding, pillarless windows, gold badging, and chrome-plated 15” Gullideckel wheels mounted with Firestone FR710 tires from 2015. Other equipment includes a power antenna, power-adjustable mirrors, a sliding metal sunroof, and a single windshield wiper. The paint is described to be in excellent original condition with recent professional detailing carried out. A clean CARFAX report is provided in the gallery along with detailed images of the car.
The four-seat cabin is upholstered in black leather with decorative wood trim on the dashboard, center console, and door panels. Amenities include automatic climate control, cruise control, an AM/FM cassette stereo, power windows, and power-adjustable front seats. The driver's seat power mechanism was just replaced and the seller reports some cracking trim around the gauge cluster as well as slight separation of the trim around the passenger seat belt outlet.
The 300CE is powered by a 3.2-liter M104 inline-six rated at 217 HP and 229 lb.-ft of torque, driving the rear wheels through a 4-speed automatic transmission. The chassis includes a multi-link independent rear suspension and an independent front suspension with individual wishbones. The car was recently treated to complete fluid service and inspection by the Mercedes-Benz specialists at The Star Garage of Margate, Florida, where it is currently available for viewing by appointment during normal business hours.
This sale will include a clean title, owner’s manuals, and some service documentation.

@Static50 thank you for the question and the interest. Everything is in reasonable working order. Prior to sale, it was taken to Star Garage for general service. The only item found not working was the power driver seat which the repaired and is currently operating correctly. For what it is worth, this car drives amazing and is a real treat for who ever becomes the next caretaker. There is only a day left, however, if you are local and want to check it out before bidding, we strongly encourage it!

@racingredsc Hi, I looked through all of the paperwork and believe it or not I do not see it. I should be able to have the shop that serviced the car acquire it for the new owner.
Do you have the radio code?
