@Gabe_porsche Hello, that’s a great question. The A/C system works in excellent condition with cold air even with the top down. It features a factory Porsche 964 A/C climate control unit upgraded by Specialize ECU repair. It also includes a new compressor, evaporator, dryer, expansion valve, and new plumbing hidden compressor lines.
Beautiful car!
I’m from florida and this is a convertible so I have to ask. How does the AC perform and does it blow enough to get some cold air while top down?
Thanks
@CraigS2 you gotta jump on it. If you don’t, I will!
@Digitalia Hi, thank you for your honest feedback. This car was done with a lot of passion and dedication to all details. This beauty is more stunning in person and it’s a definite show stopper. It will not blend in with the crowd. Anyone in the Miami area interested in seeing the car it’s available for showings or any questions you may have. Bid with confidence and happy bidding!
I was taking my morning run through Matheson Hammock Park (where photos 5 - 10 were taken) and stopped to carefully check out this car. I was knocked out, both by how well the work was done, and by the unique combination of a cabriolet with a pre-1973 looking longhood body. This is a super special car that will turn heads. If the mechanicals are as good as the cosmetics, it's a real keeper.
@CraigS2 yes a brand new boot for the convertible top will be included with the purchase of the vehicle. I never installed the fasteners for a cleaner look. But they could easily be installed no problem.
@jbauto I really appreciate the kind words glad you like it thank you!!
Is a boot for the cabriolet top included? This is a very nice build in a color we collect.
Nice job Jay. Really nice. GL
