Powered by a 2.5-liter turbodiesel inline-four engine paired with a 5-speed manual transmission, a two-speed transfer case, and a locking center differential, this 1989 Land Rover Defender 110 underwent a comprehensive restoration by HHH Heritage in Kenosha, Wisconsin. It is refinished in green over a reupholstered tan interior and features a lifted suspension, a brush guard, a Front Runner roof rack, side steps, 16” steel wheels, air conditioning, a rear-view camera, an aftermarket Bluetooth stereo, and more. This tastefully restored Defender 110 is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Tennessee.
Before being refinished in its current shade of green, metalwork was completed on this example, and a black-finished front brush guard was fitted along with a full-size Front Runner roof rack. Additional details include steel front and rear bumpers, body-color wheel arch flares, side steps, and a swing-out rear tire carrier. It rides on aftermarket black-finished 16” steel wheels wrapped in new Nitto Trail Grappler tires. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The interior has been reupholstered in tan leather with diamond-quilted stitching, covering the front bucket seats, center console, and inward-facing rear jump seats, all equipped with seat belts. It has a two-spoke steering wheel along with VDO instruments and auxiliary gauges. Amenities include a new air conditioning unit and an aftermarket Bluetooth stereo. All gauges and electronics are reported to be in proper working order with no warning lights illuminated.
Power comes from a 2.5-liter 200Tdi turbodiesel inline-four engine, which delivers a factory-rated 107 HP and 195 lb.-ft of torque to all four wheels through a 5-speed manual transmission, a two-speed transfer case, and a locking center differential. It features an aftermarket lifted suspension for enhanced off-road capability. The seller notes that the vehicle recently received service from a trusted local Land Rover specialist.
This sale will include a clean title.
The seller would like you to know: “We have hauled our kids and their friends around for Christmas light and Halloween in this truck. Holds a lot of people. Drives easily and starts up every time. Everyone loves it and wants to have a conversation with you!”

@CopperBullitt this is from the last owner of this Defender.
“ I bought the truck in Houston from Team Autoplex. The owner of the dealership had the truck about 90% complete, having completed the interior and paint. When the truck was assembled in Houston the body lines did not match up and that’s when I sent it to HHH Heritage. You can see on the attached invoice the work completed by HHH to align the doors and replace the rear cross member and tidy up a few things unaware to me.
When I took delivery, I replaced suspension all around and added a 2” lift kit and I also replaced the transmission with a new overdrive transmission from Land Rovers North due to its low gear ratio. The only issue I know of with the truck is at higher speeds it will run a little hot, there is probably and option to add another fan to improve airflow for cooling.”
I’ll add the receipt in the picture gallery
