Beginning with a 1991 Porsche 964 Carrera 2, this European-market 911 was completely restored and customized by Madster Speed Services in the Netherlands. The “Madster RT” features widened steel bodywork with a backdated nose section as well as many items that were specially developed and produced in-house by Madster. The car is said to weigh equally to a contemporary Carrera RS model and derives up to 330 HP from a custom-built 3.8-liter flat-six engine. The result of thousands of hours of specialized labor, the Madster RT was painstakingly tailored to its original owner’s specifications and was subsequently used as a promotional vehicle to showcase Madster’s capabilities upon its completion in 2021. This uncompromising one-off 911 backdate is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Colorado with approximately 700km on the odometer.
The Madster RT features handcrafted steel bodywork in a custom-mixed silver metallic paint color with widened fenders and a classic long hood front end. The bodywork is said to have been stripped to bare metal before being rebuilt and includes a custom front bumper with dual air intakes, a custom-designed rear spoiler and decklid grille, aluminum trim pieces, a sunroof-delete, and an RS-style rear bumper with custom GT3-inspired exhaust pipes. The Madster RT rides on a set of custom-made Fuchs-style wheels dressed in Michelin Pilot Sport tires. The car’s headlamps, taillights, and power-adjustable adjustable aluminum mirrors were also specially designed and produced in-house by Madster. The seller adds that the full exterior remains preserved under clear paint protection film. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARAFX report.
The cabin has been completely reupholstered with red leather including custom door panels and bucket seats with basketweave-pattern inserts. A contrasting black leather-wrapped dashboard is accented by red basketweave trim and houses custom switchgear and instrument dials as well as a vintage-style radio. Other details include a custom three-spoke MOMO steering wheel, black carpet floor mats, silver seat grommets, a custom upholstered luggage compartment, and gold Madster badging on the dashboard.
Power comes from a rebuilt flat-six engine which is upgraded to a 3.8-liter displacement featuring Mahle pistons and cylinders, Cup cams, a custom-built airbox, a performance chip, and a custom cat-less exhaust system. A claimed output of 330 HP is sent to the rear wheels are driven by way of a 5-speed G50 manual gearbox and a limited-slip differential. The chassis includes an all-new suspension with adjustable Bilstein coilovers and monoball rear trailing arm bushings as well as upgraded Porsche brakes.
This sale will include owner’s manuals and a clean title.

Nice paint - reminds me of the Carrera GT's Liquid Metal!
This is a budget Singer! If this doesn’t pull $300k plus I will be shocked. I just picked up an amazing 1984 911 Carrera Hotrod build that I am in love with or I would be bidding! GLWA
@MWBCA Good morning, sorry for the delayed response. I will upload detailed pictures for you to look over shortly, if you have any other questions or would like to see something more specific I am happy to get you whatever you need.
Bid in the amount of $115,000
Wow!
Impressive, build quality here. And wow what a great exterior color and body style.
Timeless, classic and aggressive, almost like a molten silver
Unfortunately, for myself, I currently have 2 / 996 TwinTurbo’s I need to sell one or both, the 2002 with 47,000 miles or the 2003 996 w / GT 2 modified with 67,000 miles before I could make a move on such a handsome Porsche., such as this
Additionally, I wouldn’t be surprised if this continues to climb past my budget over the next three days
But a guy can dream
Good luck all and I will be watching from here and Sonoma, California
What a lovely build. Striking! Clearly a ton of work and thought went into it. I'm genuinely interested. I wonder if Victory Motors could help with some explanation and maybe some close-up shots of the leading edge of the hood, where it interfaces with the turn signals. It looks to me that the shape of the leading edge of the hood doesn't quite match the shape of the turn signal... especially on the driver's side. And I took a look at the Dutch builder's website. This odd gap is present even in their promotional photos of the car (when the car was presumably just built)... so we're not talking about crash damage. Probably just a fit issue. There are myriad producers of these reproduction long hoods... they're all slightly different. And the turn signals may be entirely custom, shaped without considering the exact hood that was to be fitted? It'd be great if Victory Motors could post some close-up shots of the gaps at the hood-to-turn signal area. And it would be useful to know whether the hood seals properly against the rain seals in those corners. Thanks in advance.
@Ssort red makes it for me! Boring black interior would be a shame.
Bid in the amount of $110,000
Wonderful except for that REDREDRED interior. So many other options (that would be boring) but RED and I don’t agree. Super looking car tho!

Is this a Porsche factory color ?
My heart is beating rapidly... Should I seek medical attention? Love this thing, Lol!
Good morning @wmkevin7 the heat and AC work excellent.
Now this is what to do with a 964! Just get rid of the hokey “Madster” emblem on the deck lid.
Smoken Hot!! Great Build an hope the Air Works ! Good luck to all
Bid in the amount of $100,000
Looks like this has been meticulously rebuilt! Beautiful!
Most important question from my wife, “ Does the air run cold and does it have good heat?”
