Restored and reimagined by the specialists at East Coast Defender (ECD) Automotive Design of Kissimmee, Florida, this 1991 Land Rover Defender 110 underwent a comprehensive build including Matte Corris Grey paint over black and tan premium leather upholstery. Powered by a 6.2-liter LS3 V8 engine, additional enhancements include 18” Kahn wheels with BFGoodrich tires, a Fox suspension, quad exhaust outlets, Corbeau seats, Apple CarPlay, an upgraded sound system, LED lighting, and much more. Driven just 1,500 miles since completion, this Defender is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Georgia.
During the custom restoration, this example was refinished in Matte Corris Grey and fitted with a black-finished external roll cage, ECD checker plate fender tops, and stainless-steel external body hardware. Other equipment includes LED lighting, tubular side steps, a NAS rear step with a tow hitch, an ECD slimline front bumper, gloss black Defender front grille and lettering, quad exhaust outlets, and 18” Kahn wheels with BFGoodrich All-Terrain tires. The spacious cabin accommodates nine occupants with Corbeau front bucket seats and mid-row seats, along with four inward-facing rear seats. Black and tan leather with woven accents adorn the seats, door panels, center console, Puma dashboard, and Momo Prototipo steering wheel, complemented by a black Alcantara headliner. Amenities include front seat heating, heat and sound insulation, air conditioning, premium rubber mats, a premium sound system, a Kenwood slimline subwoofer, a backup camera, rear work light, Bluetooth connectivity, a digital rearview mirror, LED lighting, and remote central locking with a Viper alarm system.
Power is provided by a Chevrolet-sourced 6.2-liter LS3 V8 engine, delivering power to all four wheels via a 6-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case. Performance features include an upgraded fuel system with braided stainless steel PTFE lines, high-performance aluminum cooling systems, a full stainless steel exhaust system, heavy-duty axles, a heavy-duty LT230 transfer case, a full disc-brake conversion, Fox suspension, front and rear anti-sway bars, and heavy-duty custom Tom Woods driveshafts.
