Beginning life as a Carrera 2 Coupe, this 1990 Porsche 964 was shipped to Ninemeister of Cheshire, England, in 2017 where it underwent a custom backdated 911 S/T-style restoration. The car features a reinforced and seam-welded chassis, 993-sourced engine upgraded to a 3.8-liter flat-six engine and 6-speed manual transmission, a Carrera RS clutch and flywheel, a Wavetrac limited-slip differential, Brembo 993 brakes, a Tractive active suspension kit, custom red leather D’Eser Vintage sport seats, RS-style door panels, a 9M shifter, a customer sound system, and much more. Completed in 2019 and driven just over 2k miles since, this one-off “9M11 ST” is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Wisconsin.
This 964 features custom backdated long-hood bodywork by Ninemesiter including steel fenders, a sunroof delete, and composite 911 S/T-style bumpers. The exterior is finished in Black and decorated with polished window moldings, door handles, mirrors, headlight rings, and horn grilles along with a custom gold “9M11 ST” rear badge. Other details include 1971 911-sourced lenses, a speed-activated rear spoiler, dual tailpipes, and 16” Braid Fuchs-style wheels measuring 7” wide in front and 9” wide in the rear. The car rides on a set of Continental ContiSport Contact tires from 2018. The seller adds that that the full exterior is preserved under XPEL clear paint protection film, detailed images are provided in the gallery.
Lined with black carpeting and Dynamat sound insulation, the custom interior features red leather upholstery covering the RS-style door panels, dash trim, and D’Eser Vintage front sport seats with basketweave centers and ventilation grommets. Contrasting grey leather is used for the upper door panels, dashboard, center console, and three-spoke MOMO Prototipo steering wheel. Accessories include nylon door pull traps, a 9M elevated shifter, Coco floor mats, air conditioning, power windows, and a Porsche Classic Communication Management (PCCM) head unit paired with Focal speakers and a Mosconi amplifier.
The 993-sourced flat-six engine was rebuilt by Ninemeister in 2019 and enlarged to a 3.8-liter displacement. Power is sent to the rear wheels from a 6-speed manual transmission with an RS clutch kit and a Wavetrac limited-slip differential. Other features include chassis reinforcements and seam welding by Ninemeister, 9M RS uprights, wishbones, side laterals, and steering arms, 9M RS rear trailing arm and spring plate bushings, a Tractive active suspension kit, a custom stainless-steel exhaust, four-piston 993 brakes, and Bosch Motronic engine management.
This sale will include a toolkit, a battery charger, and a clean title.
The seller would like you to know: “This is one of the finest Hot Rod Porsches we have seen and driven! This 9m11st is a car that can do it all, well-mannered while cruising with all the creature comforts, but lay into the loud pedal and it's transformed into the ultimate corner-carving machine. It's good...REALLY GOOD!”

@garrege Spacers would blow the budget, I’m out.
Inconsistent offset; front wheels tucked, rears pushed-out to the edge.
Carfax has been added for those to have been asking.

@flatcrank carfax! Stop being a crank frank!
If you’re not a bidder. Move a side. Silly comment
please publish the carfax
please also upload any service records
it's an interesting car, but it's a disservice to the auction process to neglect furnishing basic information
Bid in the amount of $200,000
No rash, blemishes or issues. The car is completely wrapped in Paint Protection Film.
Any Road rash , paint blemishes , scratches ?
No cruise. Great question. The hump on the driver's side frunk floor is raised to cover the antigravity battery.
Current mileage is 2119. The car comes with tools, digital documents and pictures of the build from Ninemeister. No place in the listing have we noted or included luggage/cover as we did not have those with the car. I am sorry, I can't generate items I don't have in hand.

I think the carfax and the accessories are things to be sorted about before the sale.
The value is in the continuity of history, provenance and the attention to detail.
That is the actual odometer reading as of 4/8/24?
Please publish the service records for the most recent years since the vehicle returned form overseas.
I'm quite interested in this 911, but the lack of information is discouraging.
Bid in the amount of $161,000
@seller Not that it’s a deal killer for anyone but does it have cruise control? I didn’t see the cruise control stalk behind the steering wheel
Bid in the amount of $160,000
My client purchased it with the suspension noted. We did not get the KW suspension. The luggage and cover we did not receive with the car. We will do some digging, if we do find it, we will supply the buyer with them.

@thethrottlestop
From what I've read about this vehicle specifically, and this build by 9m in general, the KW suspension was replaced with the remote dampers.
It would be valuable to have the original build spec equipment, as a matter of originality, in my opinion.
It would be great to see what's in the tool kit wrap, and what's in the frunk (there's an unusual shape to the floor cover.) There's also meant to be a piece of matching luggage.
Aside from the paperwork from 9m, I'd be interested to see the history documented, specifically in the time since it returned to the US, including the changes of ownership.
Will the two car covers and custom bag be included in the sale?
Photo of the seat bolster and the shocks have been added. There is a small crease in the driver's side, left side lower bolster. It is a bit of a crease in the leather/foam from what appears to be a pressure point when sitting in the car. This car was spec'ed (when built) with the TracTive suspension kit, which is still in place. Engine was rebuilt by Ninemeister, we did not get Dyno sheets. I will add engine build pictures.
All of the pictures and paperwork from Ninemeister are digital and will be forwarded to the new owner. As to spares, what you see in the pictures is what included. Tool kit is in the nose as photographed. Matching kid booster seat base is in the car.
Additional content has been added to the gallery for this listing.
Take a look at picture #97
It appears that there is either defect or wear on the leather bolster seat area.
You say?
Any cosmetic blemishes around the car ?
Their builds are incredibly nice and made with incredible knowledge, NINEMEISTER are very famous in Europe, and the fact that they didn't build more cars probably has most to do with the fact that they don't have time! It's one of the best backdates in the market, it does get much better than this!
Please list all items, spares, accessories, equipment, documentation, tools or other items included with the sale of this vehicle.
Please provide a vehicle history, especially since it returned from overseas, service records and provenance.
Perhaps a carfax would suffice, perhaps there are registration documents, receipts for work such as the suspension change.
Is the original 9m spec suspension included?
It would also be great to see more information on the engine build, specifications, dyno charts, transaxle fortification and other mechanical specs and details.
Thanks,
Bid in the amount of $145,000
@racedeck That is all accurate information to my knowledge.
@thanksthrottleshop - Thanks for the reply.. from what I know, the car came from UK to Florida (registered there), with some kind of history in Texas, New Jersey, Ohio, and Pennsylvania as well?
@MooseLLC Yes, no problem.
@Spectrummark There certainly is a special car culture in this sleepy little town!
@racedeck The car has a clean Carfax history report. If you win and need a copy, I can supply that for you.
Good luck all, sad to see this one go but someone is going to end up with a superb machine!
Well, if you are going to sell this kind of car, it's appropriate that it's coming out of Throttlestop in Elkhart Lake, 5 minute from Road America!! Beautiful Porsche!!
Bid in the amount of $143,000
Can we buy through a Montana LLC?!?
Bid in the amount of $142,000
Bid in the amount of $140,911
is there any reports with the car i.e. Carfax
Kind of reminds me of Johnny Cash - one piece at a time.
T Hilger is buying lunch. Road Trip

re. AC, not so much weight reduction as the whole benefit of moving the compressor forward, deleting 90% of the refrigerant lines. I've seen aftermarket solutions, I'm asking about 9m because this is one of their vehicle builds, so any modifications should be based on their equipment and upgrade (in my opinion.) It's by no means a deal-breaker question idle curiosity as we wait out 3 days of tedium till the last 10 minutes of bidding. : )
@flatcrank
I am uncertain if Ninemeister sells that type of kit but there are others on the market that do. I guess if weight reduction is your ultimate goal (which this car was not built as a lightweight), there are other areas in the car that could change to do greater good from a weight standpoint than the AC system in my opinion.
r.e. AC … any chance 9m offers an electric AC compressor conversion?
it would be great to get all that plumbing clutter and weight out of the engine compartment
Bid in the amount of $131,000
Our summer house is in Kohler WI, just outside of Road America. I’ve been to ThrottleStop many times and I’ve seen (more like lusted) this car in person and it’s impeccable . The attention to detail is incredible. Bid with confidence, there are very few as nice as this one.
@BMPVSPI
yes, it does have AC. Matter of fact, I spent a few hours in this car last season in the heat of summer and was impressed with how well it worked.
I may have missed it but does it have AC?
Hey folks, I just posted up some pictures of this car during its build. The attention to detail in this car is top notch!

@flatcrank I cannot be liable to guarantee it will meet California emission standards but have to believe it will as the emission equipment is still in place.
Here is little film we did on the car this past fall. Enjoy! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ypi2MJezo7I
I look forward to a lot of documentation. 9m is top shelf.
I assume it had to be set up to pass emissions, can it pass California registration and emissions, and run happily on "California water" (91 RON)?
Bid in the amount of $100,000
Perfection.
