Introduced in 1989, the Porsche 964 launched the 911 model into modernity with improved aerodynamic bodywork, revised suspension, power steering, anti-lock brakes, dual airbags, and the introduction of an all-wheel-drive Carrera 4 model. This 1990 Porsche 964 Carrera 4 Cabriolet is finished in Guards Red over a Cashmere Beige and Black partial leather interior. It features a 5-speed G50 manual transmission paired with its 3.6-liter flat-six engine, optional heated 8-way power seats, headlamp washers, automatic climate control, cruise control, and 17” Cup Design wheels. Purchased by the seller in 2007 and driven approximately 1,500 miles per year since, this 964 is now being offered for auction out of Vermont with approximately 112k miles showing on the odometer.
The exterior is finished in Guards Red with a power-operated black convertible top and a matching tonneau cover. Accessories include an optional intensified windscreen washer system, headlamp washers, integrated fog lights, power mirrors, a speed-activated rear spoiler, a periscope-style third brake light, and silver 17” Cup Design wheels with colored Porsche crest center caps. The seller states the car has been garage-kept throughout their ownership and was never driven in the rain or winter. An area of missing clear coat is noted on the passenger side. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The Cashmere Beige and Black partial leather interior includes optional heated 8-way power adjustable front seats, a four-spoke leather steering wheel, a central locking system, automatic climate control, cruise control, a differential locker switch, and an aftermarket Pioneer head unit. Some signs of wear are noted on the seats, and all gauges and accessories are said to be fully functional.
Factory-rated at 247 HP and 228 lb-ft of torque, the air-cooled 3.6-liter M64 flat-six engine is paired with a 5-speed G50 manual transaxle and an all-wheel-drive system with a computer-controlled limited-slip differential. Standard equipment includes power-assisted rack-and-pinion steering and four-wheel ventilated disc brakes with ABS. The seller indicates routine maintenance has been kept up to date throughout their ownership.
This sale will include a spare tire, a tire inflator, a car cover, a battery trickle charger, and a Vermont registration certificate.
The seller would like you to know: “My wife and I have enjoyed this car, now we are in our 70s, and it's time for someone else to enjoy. It runs perfectly and is fun to drive.”

Do you have records of all service and maintenance performed during your ownership, as well as from the original owner? Also, could you provide a quick list of major items that have been done?
If possible, would you mind taking a few more photos of the underside? One trick that works well is setting your phone on a broomstick with a timer and wide-angle lens, then placing it flat on the ground—it usually gives a great view underneath.
