Designated as a RoW-market car and equipped with a 5-speed G50 manual transmission paired with its 3.6-liter flat-six engine, this 1990 Porsche 964 Carrera 2 Coupe came factory-finished in the rare Paint to Sample color of Satin Black Metallic. It was imported from Japan to Canada some years ago and was acquired by the current owner in 2019. This 964 was recently refinished in its sought-after factory color and features high-end modifications including a genuine RUF lip spoiler, carbon fiber mirror caps, 18” BBS wheels, an Airlift air suspension, Rennline LED headlights, leather and Alcantara Recaro bucket seats, custom RS-style door cards, a Renown steering wheel, a CAE shifter, red seatbelts, a DAS roll bar, and a custom exhaust system. Benefitting from a recent engine reseal with upgraded Rennline valve covers, this tastefully modified Paint to Sample 964 is now being offered for auction out of Ontario.

The factory Satin Black Metallic color is a rare Paint to Sample option derived from late 1980s Porsche 944 models. The seller states the car recently underwent a glass-out respray, which included custom-matched door handles and RS-style drake duct inserts. Features include Rennline LED headlights, carbon fiber aero mirror caps. clear side marker lenses, headlamp washers, an electric sunroof, a speed-activated rear spoiler, and aftermarket 18” BBS RS bubble lip wheels. The black interior features Recaro Pole Position bucket seats in leather and Alcantara, custom RS-style door panels with red pull straps, and a Renown three-spoke leather steering wheel with red stitching. Other accessories include a CAE shifter, painted center console trim, red seatbelts, aluminum Rennline pedals and floorboards, a DAS roll bar, an Airlift suspension control module, and a Kenwood head unit.

Factory-rated at 247 HP and 228 lb-ft of torque, the air-cooled 3.6-liter M64 flat-six engine is mated to a 5-speed G50 manual transaxle. An aftermarket custom exhaust system has been installed, and the suspension has been modified with an adjustable Airlift kit. The seller adds that an engine reseal was performed within the last 1k kilometers, including upgraded Rennline valve covers.
