Equipped with a 3.5-liter Rover V8 engine, this lefthand-drive 1990 Defender 110 is said to have been a former Ministry of Defense vehicle used by the Netherlands Armed Forces. It was brought to the U.S. under the care of a dealership in Arizona and was later acquired by the current owner and Land Rover Defender specialist in Colorado. Extensively restored and customized, this ex-military Defender 110 is now being offered for auction with approximately 186k documented miles in total.

This 1990 Land Rover Defender 110 is finished in matte green paint. Custom-painted Wolf steel wheels sport 35mm wheel spacers and are dressed in 35" BFGoodrich mud terrain tires. The vehicle rides on a modified suspension consisting of an RTE 5" lift with RTE HD springs in the front and Old Man Emu HD springs in the rear. Additional suspension modifications include Bilstein 7100 long-travel shocks, an Old Man Emu steering damper, RTE front castor-correcting arms, RTE adjustable trailing arms, RTE front and rear lower shock mounts, new polyurethane bushings throughout the vehicle, and more. The seller states that the vehicle shows areas of repainting, small dents, and light scratches due to the vehicle's service with the MOD. Some areas of the paint also show oxidation and fading.

Inside, this 1990 Land Rover Defender 110 features custom grey and black vinyl and rubber upholstery. A four-spoke steering wheel frames fuel, temperature, and voltage gauges alongside a 120-mph speedometer. The seller reports extensive interior restoration and upgrades, including Dynamat sound deadening throughout the interior and doors, new Exmoor seats, a locking center console, a FiTech EFI digital display mounted on the dashboard, Bluetooth soundbar, a MudUK switch panel with USB charging ports and additional accessory ports. The seller notes the odometer was previously replaced and a notarized disclosure memo supports the given mileage.

This 1990 Land Rover Defender 110 features a 3.5-liter gasoline V8 that made 133 HP and 187 lb-ft. of torque when new. Power is routed through an LT-85 five-speed manual transmission, LT230 transfer case, and center locking differential to all four wheels. The seller states that this vehicle was purchased in April 2022 and received 200 hours of restoration and servicing. The 3.5-liter V8 received a new head gasket and Fi-Tech electronic fuel injection with an Edelbrock upper manifold. Additional maintenance includes an overhauled fuel tank and new fuel pump, new seals, gaskets, fluids for the transmission and transfer case, a rebuilt emergency brake, and more.

The sale of this vehicle will include a clean title (lien) in the selling business' name.

The seller would like you to know: "This is an exceptionally well-sorted and restored Defender 110, brought to you by Defender Imports. We are a Colorado-based and Veteran-owned business that specializes in the importation and restoration of classic Land Rover Defenders. This is a former military Defender (Ex-MOD) that was previously used by the Netherlands Armed Forces. After the truck arrived at our shop, we performed a 300-point bumper-to-bumper inspection, that included an additional 200 hours of restoration and service. The vehicle is mechanically sound and is ready for immediate use as a daily driver or dedicated trail rig. This build is focused on offroad capability and a rugged aesthetic with purpose-built features while maintaining the look and patina of a classic Ex-MOD. The engine cold starts without issue and with the addition of electronic fuel injection, it runs smoother and performs better than ever before. The vehicle looks great, drives great, and is ready for your next adventure."
