Regarded as one of the more drivable classic Ferraris, the 328 marks the final evolution of Ferrari’s transverse-mounted naturally aspirated V8 Dino engine. It was debuted at the 1985 Frankfurt Auto Salon featuring Pininfarina-designed bodywork hand built by Carrozzeria Scaglietti. Sporting traditional Rosso Corsa paint, tan leather, and a 5-speed gated manual transmission, this 1988 GTS has undergone a recent full service by Ferrari of New England and is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Massachusetts showing just over 12k miles on the odometer.
Derived from the preceding 308 model, the styling of the 328 showcases notable aesthetic and aerodynamic improvements including a redesigned nose and body-colored bumpers. This GTS is presented in quintessential Rosso Corsa with a removable black roof panel, pop-up headlights, integrated fog lamps, a roof spoiler, side air intakes, and quad exhaust tips exiting through the rear valance. The factory 16” 5-spoke wheels come dressed in Michelin Pilot Sport tires from 2002. The seller notes light swirl marks are visible on areas throughout the finish, additional images are provided in the gallery.
The interior is trimmed in tan leather with matching door panels, carpeting, Ferrari-branded floor mats, and a contrasting black leather-wrapped dashboard. The 5-speed gated shifter sits ahead of controls for the HVAC system and lighting. A three-spoke MOMO steering wheel frames Veglia instrumentation including a 180-MPH speedometer, a 10k-RPM tachometer, and auxiliary gauges for coolant temperature and oil pressure. Driver amenities include power windows and air conditioning. The seller reports all instrumentation and accessories to be working properly.
This 328 GTS is powered by a 3.2L Tipo F105 V8 engine with Bosch K-Jetronic fuel injection, mounted transversely behind the passenger compartment. An output of up to 270 HP and 231 lb.-ft of torque is sent to the rear wheels through a 5-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. The seller reports a full service has been recently completed by Ferrari of New England, and there are no outstanding maintenance items noted at this time.
This sale will include a clean title. One of the most recognizable sports cars of its era, this classic red over tan 328 GTS makes an excellent choice for collectors and enthusiasts alike.

@Jbwz65 all original, no paintwork. And the car is in extraordinary shape, no scratches, dings, dents or chips. It is the real deal!
@elipper hope to see you soon!
@RADExotics Thanks, one last question, has it had any paintwork and did you do paint meter readings? Also, any chips or scratches that are not evident in the photos?
@Jbwz65 that's all we have been able to obtain, but we have gone through the car quite thoroughly, and of course the very recent service by Ferrari is reassuring as well. By all accounts, the car appears to have been meticulously maintained. Thanks, and good luck!
Bid in the amount of $85,000
@RADExotics Again, any other service records, documentation or service history that will come with the car other than the recent receipt?
Just seeing the one on that other auction site is up to $125k and has double the miles! I think people just need to pay attention. This car looks a far better value! If I didn’t have one I would want THIS one.

just curious does this car have the air horns honker?
I watched a car sell on bat for $155k in January that was a project car full of rust. This car should exceed that. Looks like the real deal. And serviced by Ferrari dealer in ‘22.
Looks like a nice car. If the car I am bidding on BAT goes nuts (they always seem to do that on that site) then I will be back
Please note service records now posted from 1/2022. Thanks! Car needs nothing!
@analogmike posted now. Thanks!
Personally I'd re-upload the video in HD. Standard 720p just doesn't cut it for a car like this.
What documentation and maintenance history come with the car? Do you have both keys, the tool kit, original books/manuals? Please add photos of these things if you have them.
can you post the recent full service records? I take it the belts were done?
